Ceiling mount FTW!!

I actually knew a guy who literally broke his back. He had a TV mounted on the ceiling right above his bed.

Just got to disc 2 in FF8 and its still raining. Such a lovely day.

Thanks MM.

I feel you, there is nothing to do here, and no one has broke any computers so my day is being wasted on GAF and CAG.

Is Kenzan! coming to the states?

Everyone here also needs to snake-ify your avatar.
Jet Grind Radio. I hated the demo at first, but once I gave it another shot, I fell in love and bought it. Now it's one of my favorite games of all time. JSRF on Xbox was one of the reasons I got an Xbox early on and just didn't like it anywhere near as much. I love trying to spy paint and dodge the cops, and so on coming after me.
Love you Jet Grind Radio. I'll always remember our first time. Also, Crazy Taxi originated on the DC and I love that game.

Seems like a good situation for breaking the rest of you.
I never thought of wall mounting! I'm moving home next year and would really like that for my LCD :D
Wall mounting is easier for LCDs because they're lighter. God help you if you have any cause to try and take off your plasma from a wallmount. My girlfriend's dad had to do it and had to damn near dismantle the wallmount. I'm sure there was some user error involved, but still.

Plus you get the cords dropping down from the unit. Not a big fan.

Dr. Mario was the best NES game.

I kinda like the mario hat for now, thanks. It works for Brawl too, the real UBERHYPE game of the NOW.

I wish I could go into a coma until saturaday at 11pmish.

Hopefully I'll get Ryu Ga Gotoku KENZAN in this weekend... been looking forward to it.

More than likely it will get a US release. PS3 needs them titles...

Off topic, what does everyone do?

I rock out with my c*ck out...

Anyone else importing KENZAN!?!?!?!?

Yea my 32inch LCD is only like...40 pounds so I don't see it giving me too much trouble. Then I can mount the speakers around it too :D

I wish someone would add Patapons across the bottom of my avatar...HINT HINT
You guys have to stop say "mounting." It's making me giggle.
MOUNTIN' YO MAMMA :whee:

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

How does this work, Seanr?

Yeah, wallmounting is a PITA, so I haven't done it. But it would look nicest, IMO.

DC is awesome. I have many shmups and fighters for it. For a system that died before it's time, it sure lasted a long while.

Played a lot of shmups on VC last night--my leftover credit + new points card = 3 of 'em (lords of thunder, air zonk, and super turrican.

Then settled down for more LO.
I would import Kenzan!, but I want to play Yakuza 2 first.

What is Kazumas name in Kenzan!?
Kiryuu Kazumanosuke in the main capital... outside of the main capital he is known as
Miyamoto Musashi
...

[crowd]OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHH![/crowd]

Epic.

Kazumanosuke? :rolf:

So what does everyone do here for the income that you must exchange for games?

I am currently a Network Administrator, and I am working on my B.A. In Business Administration.

I work at Gamestop!

I'm a writer.

I just found out I got a fellowship today for MBA school. Good times. So, that means I'll be getting paid to get my MBA (stipend).

I'm still in grad school, so damn poor. :(

Would probably trade/sell most games anyway, as I so seldom ever replay a game after beating it (for single player games anyway).

The distance I sit 1080p is negligible.
Its superfluous.

You cannot notice a difference between 720p and 1080p at 42".

The 1080p is around 300 dollars more.

MM is James Mielke!?!?!
Are there any other bitch bosses like this? I beat him and at Grand Staff now. 5 hours and level 16.
Yes, there is. Two crazy ass worms one right after another that can totally fuck you party up.
Wouldn't you all love to see a Milkman vs MarkMan challenge!?

I'd stomp him up in any fighting game... :)
I would pay to see this.

MM is Jeff Gerstmann?

Wait he was not fired....

MM has posted some ninja-ish pics of himself here before--he's not Jeff G. lol.

Boy, I'm sure hearing crickets as far as Army of Two reviews. That can't be good.

And oh, since there are so many college kids here, gamespot is hiring in San Fran, if anyone is interested.

I work at Circuit City.

I love the DC, almost too much. Best launch in the history of ever? Me thinks so. It was the DC that really got me into fighters. I was into them before, but when I played MvC2, and my cousin taught me how to Aerial Rave with Juggernaut....dayum. I think magic happened.

It got a 4/5 from xplay, but it could be one of those review embargo's that happen when the game is less then a certain score.

It looks like quality, but its an EA game and will go down faster then a Thai Hooker.

I would not work for gamespot if you paid me.
Well I probably would but my credibility would be destroyed.

Too bad it's X-Play, so we just have to continue to guess what the real scores will be like :p

so if I were to play the game rankings stock market or whatever it is that cheapy keeps mentioning about review scores...I'll say Army of Two will be Mid 7s to 8s.

Quick, what was the last big EA game that went from MSRP to bargin bin in record time?

I'm thinking 360, but if the reviews are too mixed, then I'll have to wait for a good price drop.

I believe Rei mentioned he would be going 360 too, if he picked it up.

zero interest in Army Of Two, thanks.

I'm over halfway done with no more heroes, sweet. It's getting a bit repetitive though. I kind of wish I could just play the boss battles and forget the rest.

If Army of Two is decent and has good co-op then after a price drop or two I may get it, but this month is Vegas 2 and Crisis Core for me.

Aww...Gary Gygax has died today. I played some D&D back in college, but never got much into it as some other friends of mine. Video games were always much more immersive to me. Still, he is one of the grandfathers of RPGs, and it is a sad day.
buh buh, they fixed the tampon usage in the game.
Didn't they take that out or am I just imagining things?

AOT looks like a rental to meh. After watching game play vids of it they have these big ass icons over the peeps heads I'm all LALWWAFFLES.

Vegas 2 looks so much better than AOT that I think you'd be pretty foolish to pass it over for Army of Two.
