Gamestop seems to take MSRP more literally than most stores. They don't do it a lot, but I can't remember the last time Best Buy or Amazon randomly had games more expensive than the normal retail price.

With GCU, I don't give Gamestop much of my business anymore, and I don't hate Gamestop as much as a lot of people, but it does feel good at times like this when they price jack. With tax and shipping Gamestop's comes to about $125. I'll stick with SE and take the gamble on bad packaging.

 
I know right now if you did a Web-In-Store order for FF Type 0 CE then I think you would get free standard (upgraded from value) shipping as all orders in store get that currently the manager at my local one said. Don't see why it wouldn't work on a preorder as when you order in store you're charged then at the register, plus you could use trade credits/gift cards to help pay it.

 
I think i'll just order the FF0 CE on gs. The KH 2.5 arrived crushed on one of the corners, but luckily nothing was damaged due to the large compartment for the plush. Totally not happening with FF0...

 
Anyone know what the chances are the Guilty Gear LE's game might have a barcode? I brought a copy due to Gamestop breaking street date, now I can't decide what to do.

Hoping it has one so I could buy the LE at Best Buy and return that copy to GS.

 
I'm so scared about my 20th Ann. Ps4 that even with Paypal I'm gonna have a billing error and they'll immediately cancel it.  That actually happened to me with the Sunset Overdrive bundle from MS store because the authorization fell off or was auto removed by Paypal so I had to update the Paypal payment again.  However, I think that was a matter of months apart so hopefully the authorizations aren't removed before Xmas at least.

I'm just curious at how many bidders will actually pay for it, or is it a running ebay joke to drive the price up to 1.7k+. The ones in the low thousands will have a better chance at getting paid imo. Guess i'm a little salty. If I was better prepared that Saturday, I could've got another console and not felt bad about it with that money.

That's a lowball figure, they're selling for a lot more than that . I've yet to see an auction close at less than a grand and some are moving for 10K+ or whatever but that seems to be the minority.

On the Type-0 CE, it looks nice but I feel like it's part of an overarching push to get me to get a PS4 and I really don't want to do that until it has at least one or two games that appeal to me. I have the Bloodborne CE pre-ordered though. I'll probably ultimately wind up getting this, to have until one day I do get a PS4

I wish, I would have loved to get that PS4 to add to my collection. I just couldn't bring myself to buy a $500 console that would sit unopened on my shelf.

 
the market has gone WAY down for the LE systems. ive watched them close all day for $1500ish.  Makes me happy though. Will make my decision to open and keep mine easier knowing after fees and such, Im only missing out on about $600 or so.

Bound to happen with so many options up there. I personally think it will increase in value after majority disappear as then there aren't many choices to choose from. So I say open it enjoy it and just keep it in good condition and will probably still fetch a decent amount down the line.

They're surprisingly decent at it or at least their phone support is. Never canceled orders overall, but just items on the same order (usually to get the free shipping) and it was done in minutes.

Do hope BBY carries the type-0 though.

 
this Type-0 talk reminds me that I couldn't preorder MH4 CE at Gamestop (when I first tried didn't start then no more when i remember to check again).  Last I recall Best Buy likely wouldn't be getting MH4 CE.

 
I posted. For $80 at Best Buy I'd bite on that CE. If not I'll pass especially since I'm so fed up with getting collectors editions damaged in the mail.

So for anybody that went to their local Gamestop to get a replacement DA:IE edition, beware that you may just end up with another broken set.

I went to a store over the weekend to ask about getting a replacement since Triforce is going to take a much longer process. The keyholder I spoke with knew exactly what to do since he had 2 similar requests already. He warned me though that the process was just going to involve them shipping out another set which based on his observation, included no special packaging for the replacement set. The last customer he did it for just received another set with more broken pieces. Unless they actually ship each item out in a separate fashion, the Inquisitor display case is just so poorly designed to hold the CE together properly.

With that said, apparently they are out of replacement stock so the local GS method is no longer an option. I'm upset because the first two stores I tried to contact when I first received my defective DA:IE weeks ago wasn't aware of the replacement process. By the time I hear about it on here and try at another store, the replacement stock has been wiped out. What a mess. I'm hoping Triforce has a good action plan to take care of these.

Well shit... I completely forgot about this. Guess I'm SoL. Luckily, mine only had a few items that came apart but were easily put back together. The only thing "damaged" was the quill, in that some of the feather strands were bent out of place.

 
Can someone help me, i ordered something from square enix this black Friday and it hasn't arrived yet, and it has been 8 days since it last updated the tracking. I sent them an email but i just got a generic response about waiting 7-14 days when i been waiting longer than that.  Should i call them and complain about it?

Just curious, but why wait? NISA doesn't charge you until a couple days before the ship date and you can always cancel the preorder up until then if you change your mind.

If you order from the SE store though you get a limited cover art/sleeve - different from what they offer at the other stores.  I hate it when they do that!
