I am trying to trademark THE, A and AN just to have all my bases covered.

On the plus side, I just finished Limbo with no guides or internet.  It took me years and 3 platforms but I did it.

no I didn't find all the eggs...and I'm not going to try

Bethesda recently forced the developers of Fenix Furia to change the name from Fenix Rage because they felt it infringed on Rage's copyright, but because they're a small dev, they can't really fight it like Mojang when the Scrolls thing happened.

 
Slightly off topic, but my avatar is another example. Detective Conan had to change its name to Case Closed in the US, because the rights to the name Conan were reserved by Conan the Barbarian.

you know normally when you caps lock at me to buy something I'll just do it without questioning but this time, my PSN wallet is like $.10 cents short and I'm not gonna put in another $5 to make that purchase so I guess I'm actually skipping it..... this is a new feeling.

Actually, I heard TMS was really pushing for localization, even if their desires were about 10 years out of date, especially when Funimation turned out to be the company who distributed the anime. Though Viz was the one who actually kept the changes in the manga.

it's almost funny, because the very thing that theoretically makes trademark law 'sane' --  a brand name going public domain if it becomes a common word [xerox, many, many others] is exactly why brands need to defend against any and every potential infringement.    Even letting one minor case slide can be cause to lose another lawsuit against a 'real' infringer or even lose it altogether.

Seems like a lot of FPS grabbing both Rainbow Six and Taken King and Omega Quintet is a bag of shit. That's all I got, Child of Light is awesome, Hardline is worth $5, Black Flag is arguably the best game in the series.

Congrats, limbo was a classic, no question. I finished it without a guide as well, but I would probably need one for those eggs. I plan to do a second play through at some point, so I may go for them then.

A friend gave me his copy after finishing it, and while I have yet to play it, several friends who are fans of the show loved it. They all said it was rather short, but what was there was of great quality.

I should have played it by now, as "short" games are about the only ones I play now a days.

I feel like it's a 5-7 dollar game but I dunno if it will ever get there

I own the intellectual property rights to all movies involving friends.

I remember years ago, there was a song called "Rumors" that was originally by Timex Social Club. Timex made them change their name to "The Social Club". So silly.

Yeah, I think maybe i'm crazy going double on R6 and Taken King, but the I really want R6 and the guy I normally play with a lot already owns TK, so I'm pulled in both directions.

I'm sure Omega is crap, but at $4 it's so hard to not buy it.

Please just do yourself a favor and get it. Of course, once you do, you'll play it, realize how amazing it is, then be kicking yourself for not just pre ordering the new one so you could get the first one on PS4 for free. However, if you aren't a fan of south park, then disregard what I just said. (Warning, load times do indeed suck b#$@s on the PS3)

Siege is the best mp this generation bar none. Overwatch is fun too.
 
I have to echo the sentiment--South Park is awesome especially if you're a fan of the series.

It was one of my favorites from the year it was released. It was colorful good clean fun. I thought it was great fanfare, but I also believe good for non fans as well. I enjoyed the battle mechanics and story.

You can have any opinion you want, but as soon as you post it in a public forum you can't get buttmad when someone shits on you for it. This isn't a hugbox.

 
I will add a reccomendation for south park.

I was a fan of the show for a long time but havent been able to watch it much in several years. The game tapped into a ton of episodes I remembered and probably a lot I havent watched.

It's relatively short but it's fun and made me laugh several times.

The best recommendation I can make is that there are a lot of times where I felt like I was playing or was part of an actual episode of the show.
 
So after finishing up Uncharted 4 I had a real desire to go back and play the entire series from start to finish again.  I have bee playing the remastered collection and I am really disappointed with the original Uncharted. I remember loving this games when it released but I only played it through one time. At this point it is really at best a mediocre game.  The jet ski parts are all sorts of bad and the cover system is horrible.  I am kind of sad now because I had such fond memories. I am sort of afraid to play UC 2 now.  Someone tell me it holds up better. :)

U2 holds up way better.

I picked up Infamous: Second Son, Tomb Raider, and Lego Marvel. Great sale.

As far as I recall (currently beating U4) U2 was so far the best of the games in the entire series. Just finished U3 like 2 weeks ago and I didn't really care for it, but U2 ... man I have some fond memories of that game (got the Plat too). For some reason imo its when ND finally got the formula right. That and just kicking ass with Tenzin was amazing

I enjoyed the beta... but I don't really have a lot of time to play games. It's hard enough imagining myself switching to R6 from TLOUR,... I'm so vested in TLOUR [tons of potential squadmates, I know the maps inside and out, muscle memory controls, etc] that switching to R6 seems nearly impossible w/ the amount of time i have.

That said... it's bought. I picked that up, plus NFS, plus Black Flag. That puts me at $50. Now I just need to decide how to spend the other $50, which is bonus hard since we're obviously blind to next week's sales.

 
So far Xenoverse+Season Pass for me. I just upgraded my ps4 to 2 tb and had originally told myself it was necessary for all my past purchases that I needed to play and save some money, but now I find myself haunted by the remaining terabyte and I have a compulsion to fill it up(there goes my savings). I'll sit in the hot tub for awhile and contemplate the madness that CAG brings
