Yeah yeah yeah, I'm Vig and I like everything, but I really enjoyed it and can't wait for the extended version. Ben Affleck's Batman is probably the best one I've seen.

Haven't played online yet, but just transitioning between screens and trying to redeem my pre-order and MVP packs is taking foreeeevvvverrrrr.

Also I got Jacob DeGrom for my rookie card.

Fun game. Got more fun once I realized the mech is actually easier to beat levels with. A lot faster too as you can play with your shield up and bum rush enemies instead of running and hiding all the time in the ship.

Beat the "last" boss on first try.

I'm deleting it now. fuck them if they haven't released season 5 by now.
 
Oh that's cool. They have a countdown timer to the second on my preorder of alienation in my library on the PS 4. First cool thing I've seen about the library.

Yeah, that's what I meant. Going screen to screen is so slooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow. It was like that with 15 for a while, too.

Between the MVP edition and the preorder bonus, I got 20 standard packs and 1 opening day pack. I've opened 4 of the standard packs, and haven't gotten anything special. In the opening day pack, I got a gold Koji Uehara. Once the shit gets ironed out, we'll have to play a Diamond Dynasty game.

I thought The Hateful Eight would be the biggest addition to munkyflix this week, but then another movie came along to challenge that.

gator - did you do the quests glitch in lbp3 or did you do it proper? I'm trying to decide if it's worth the effort to get the disc from the library just for the glitch in lieu of hunting down all the quest people in the hubs and running through them. Not that it really matters since I'm sure I won't be patient enough to ace the story levels anyways.

Guess I got lucky I unlocked a few BL2 trophies earlier with no issues.

ETA: achievement for hitting level 5 did not unlock. No big deal. Probably unlock when I hit 10.

Speaking of broken online and digging through dog shit (and I realize no one cares), after the sf5 update yesterday it's taking me on average 15-30s to find a match instead of a few minutes. All of the loading screens are shorter too.

Yeah, I have a lot of movies in my backlog, but I watched it tonight. It was good, but I can't imagine going to any of the showings at the theater where they had an intermission. Just being there for so damn long would've been a drag.

 
Band aids are another thing where I have to have the genuine product. They just fucking stay on you, I had a band aid on my finger all day and it didn't even start to peel off. No-name brands start peeling off 20 mins after putting it on.

 
In a second season episode of South Park there is a cameo voice by Brent Musburger. I just can't possibly imagine the scenario where Brent Musburger and the South Park guys would have hooked up to come up with the joke and have Brent record his one line. It's just so bizarre to me.

We have way too many stupid gifs and corny image macros in this thread, but I recall the steam thread just chock full of them when I used to browse it a couple years ago. It was awful there.

I opened all mine and got a Cano and a Gomez and a couple gold pitchers in the high 80s. So I'm happy so far. Haven't played a game yet with them. Still exploring the modes.

I did not know there was a glitch. I did them all. I do not recall them being that bad.

Acing the story levels was much worse. Especially that level with the long sections for each character with the Swoop part at the very end. So many times I got to that part and fucked up going through those electrified spinners at the end.

 
Now to decide if I actually want to put forth the time, effort, and frustration to be Mother (and all 5 of her forms) in La Mulana, or just YouTube the ending and consider it a day.

Sometimes, just the journey is enough.

Wife got me some expensive Port for my birthday. Think I'll have a glass of that tonight.
