Damn it, Physics is hard if you don't know any of the formulas. I've been trying everything and can't get the right answer for this problem.
[quote name='Brak']Damn; I hope I don't have sleep apnea.
I was asleep, dreaming that I was sleeping (yeah, that's kinda weird), and I couldn't

ing breathe -- it felt like I was being strangled. In my dream, I was desperately trying to wake up, so I could beat whose ever ass was strangling me. I kept waking up, still not able to breathe, quickly falling back asleep into the dreamworld (which looked the same as being awake -- which was

ing weird). Still not able to breathe, I had the nice sensation of terror, which woke me up, as I gasped for air.
My dad has sleep apnea - where you stop breathing in your sleep - and I hope I don't. I'm pretty sure I don't, though, as I don't snore or anything like that.
Maybe it was a ghost. (

Has his sleep apnea been on your mind lately? That could be one of the reasons why you were dreaming about it, since things that are unsettling to you while you're awake "haunt" you in your sleep. If it's a fear you have, that might be your answer right there. Just don't grow too paranoid about it, and try not to think about it and preoccupy your mind with things that make you calm. Hopefully that will help and not happen again...
