I'll have to see if anyone still plays 40th Day soon. Also, isn't NFS: Most Wanted still $30 used at GS? Sad thing is, I don't think they devalue a game based on mp availability, they'll still charge high for it if they can and you're just out of luck.
I think if you buy an EA game with shutdown servers and you have the online pass, EA should be required to refund you the ten dollar value of that pass. You paid for something you can't use and they have assigned a monetary value to it.
