I have seen rumblings of a Ultimate set with all the Lord of the rings and hobbit films in one set but not sure if that will be steelbooks.

Yea, it's weird. Knives Out had been sold out since right after release, and I had to go out of my way to get one. Now it's listed for Black Friday despite never having come back in stock?
