Thanks to Skube and Oxidative for this coupon. Important things to note-- this will make games ten dollars or under free, but it's advised to buy another item, such as a pack of gum.

This thread is for clearance-- not for sale items. Price reductions for clearance seem to happen on Monday, although not every Monday. Target often donates its older clearance titles to Goodwill stores, so keep that in mind when you're trying to find items. BigDirty: "Further reduction is possible when a game's price ends with 8 cents. However, when it ends in 4 cents it will NOT drop anymore. If it ends in 9 cents, it's just on sale or on a non-clearance reduction."

When posting deals, please include game, system, price, city and state. For example:

Here is a fairly easy way to check your local Target's pricing-- often price tags will not be correct. Thanks to BigDirty for this:
1) Go to Half.com or a similar site. Search for the game to locate its UPC code number. It's in the gray box underneath the box art graphic.
2) Go to UPC Data ,Milk.com , or UPC Database and enter the code so you can print out the UPC. Go to Target and use the price scanners to scan your printouts.

Thanks to Mephitical for this tool for locating clearance titles, which is located here. Go to Amazon or Target to find the item's ASIN. When you find it, replace "B000O3IS48" in the URL with your item's ASIN. This will take you to a page asking you for your zip code. Type in your zip code and click enter-- this will display a list of local stores and whether or not they have your item in stock. YMMV on it working properly.

The lowest known price will be posted. The item could be higher or lower at your store.

Ya I never got around to checking the Brandon or one of the Tampa locations. Most of the Targets around here sold out of Folklore at $30. The only reason I got 3 for $15 each was because they were unmarked & I just happened to punch in the number. If I find anymore Folklores or more than 2 Jerichos, I'll grab them for the Tampa CAGs

I was looking for PS3 clearance games and noticed Folklore mixed in with NHL07 in the locked glass case.

I asked an employee to get Folklore out of the case and he said there were none left.

I told him that I could see one by looking at the spines of the games in the row with NHL07.

He said that he knew it was on clearance before he even took it out of the case and it appeared he was stashing the game.

That's what I'd do if I worked there, since some bastard came in and snapped up every copy of Jericho from my local Target. It figures that they dropped it in price to $12.48 only AFTER I saw it for $30 and passed.

Yeah, I posted a picture of that about a week ago in this topic. I was there last night and I think they actually got more copies in than the last time i was there. They might actually sell if they advertised the price and didn't have them in the back of a random aisle.

Picked up F1 -PS3- at $29.98.....finally found one lower then the $41 price.

This Target was also the first where I actually saw copies of Folklore in stock.

Well, there's NFS: Most Wanted (first one on 360), then NFS: Carbon (Second), and NFS: Pro Street (Latest).
