Man the facebook Brickseek group sure is toxic and greedy, guy was trying to share a deal and the BS creator wouldn't approve his post before the price went back upbecause the pricing info was supposed to be for 'premium' BS users. I hope someone says screw it and just codes a brickseek alternative eventually.

 
Damn, my local store has a midnight blue controller but it's still 45 despite bs showing 19. 60 online too.

which store? check in the target app if BS shows that price for that specific store, it might not have been marked down in store yet because the drop happened today

Good point, I'll probably have to check tomorrow or Monday. My store is terrible at marking things down on time. I have my app set for that store but it never seems to pull up clearance prices, just lists online price and nothing else.
 
Honestly my app does not show the store prices unless I spoof my location as at the store or am actually there, despite other people claiming it will

Yeah it's entirely run and moderated by people making money from bs subscriptions so not a huge surprise, they always make sure to push WOW LOOK AT THIS DEAL PREMIUM MEMBERS GOT

I paid for the regular membership this month to see what's up, it does make it easier to see price drops but I'm also pretty sure they're pay walling some drops behind their more expensive plan before they show up in the regular listing so that the big "deal Hunter" aka flippers can get everything early
 
I found 2 Xbox One- Ocean Shadow controllers today for $20.98. They had a clearance price of $48.98 but when scanned with the phone app they were only $20.98. Customer service price matched with no problem.

I just downloaded the target app. Is it the normal target app that has a scanner? Dont see scanning option.

I use the Target app. When I went to scan the item with my phone app, the employee just used his phone and it came up. I guess it's the same thing.

I tried this with my 3 Steel Black dualshocks... No dice! I just went ahead and purchased them for $46 and then I’ll return and rebuy later this week. I know if I left them there someone else would have done the same. Still a great find though. I’m happy I have them!!!

One of the targets near me has the steel black DS4. BS shows it as $19.XX but the app still shows it as full price.

Are you in NC, lol? I went in this morning a little after 8am and an employee told me someone bought 3 of those right before I got there. He said that the controllers weren't able to be price matched to the $21 on the app but the person purchased them anyway for $48.

Anyway, I went to another store 30 minutes away and found 3 of the Midnight Blue controllers. marked for $48. Customer service kinda gave me a hard time but eventually price matched their app and gave 'em to me for $19.48 a piece.

Manager at my Target wouldn't match the app, would only sell for $48. I just left it, don't want it bad enough to get tricky with it.

E: I was able to buy some UHD Marvel movies that scanned on my app for $15.00 instead of $25

Store in Destin,FL had 3 controllers. Lady in front of me got them to price match BS. He then just gave me that price even though it rang up for $45. There was 1 left.
 
I managed to get two midnight blue DS4 controllers at my local target. Anyone want to trade for a black steel DS4 or sell their BS DS4 controller?

Target associate at my nearby store says her scanner shows 5 in stock. None found in aisle or back room. App shows in stock at $19.48. Her device had $64.99. My guess is that they’re lost in back room.

I found them on an end cap in the gaming area at my store.
 
Slickdeals started a thread about the ds4s, probably gonna get boned by those dicks if you don't act fast if you were planning to get them

PS4 controllers at my Target constantly get stolen. packaging is always found hidden throughout the store.

just to give you a heads up. if the controller is in their system to drop down in price this week, you will be able to get the lower price when they activate it. if the price drop isn't till next week, and you purchased all the controllers on hand (3), system will show 0 on hand and will not generate the lower price for them for the following week. they will stay at last clearance price it was at.

Only local store around me that had the Steel Black ones disappeared today, so someone definitely beat me to the punch...oh well, guess it wasn’t meant to be. Next closest store with it is in Escondido...can’t justify a multiple hour drive both ways to buy a video game accessory to my wife. [emoji30][emoji31][emoji21]
 
My target is all messed up.. It's the only one with an elite controller in stock even though BS and target.com show no stock.  Still full price.  

They also have the Volcano Xbone controller which the site says is OOS (and it's completely gone from BS's site).  They had 8 or 9 the other day and it scanned item not found.  Took it to the electronics guy who scanned it with a hand scanner and said it was still full price.  Now they have 1.  Have to go back tomorrow and I may try again.  It's been forever since I've had any luck at Target so I'm out of practice.  The hand scanner should show the last price in the system for out of system items, right?

Also, I did find a 70% ($35) off razor scooter for my kid to use:

So this must be why one by the locations near me isn't dropping. They have 2 controllers but BS says zero in stock and the full price of $65, despite all the surrounding stores being $20. Is there any chance of getting these adjusted in store or having them activate the price drop at CS?
 
Found an Xbox Controller last week for $50 and figured I'd buy it and see if I could later get it adjusted when it dropped in price. I guess that's not official policy to price adjust clearance? I went in today and she refused to price match saying they don't do it on clearance and I'd have to return it, it would go back into their back room for returns and would later go back onto the floor. It pissed me off because this exact same woman price matched an item for me one week ago when I bought  a Logitech mouse on clearance and it was cheaper, and that process took something like 15 minutes because she probably thought I was trying to scam them because she said her app wasn't showing the update price. Of course, when I brought that up she was "Oh that wasn't me we don't do that, I'd never do something that you are mistaken."

I ended up returning it because $50 for the controller wasn't a great deal, but damn wish I would have gotten it. I'm tempted to complain on the survey but I doubt that'd get me anywhere.

So if I understand correctly, if it doesn't show as in stock on brickseek but is actually in stock in store, it won't drop any further?

Also Vancouver area stores are showing stock for creeper x1 controller, ocean blue X1 Controller, and steel gray PS4 controller... but nowhere to be found in the electronics area. I would assume somebody stashed them somewhere else, but they are magnetic clips so the employees had to have pulled them or they're still somewhere in the back.

I've had plenty of stuff with a clearance sticker get marked down further to match the app fwiw

 
Targets around me had the Steel Black controllers yesterday but was still $45. Dropped to $20 today and of course someone cleaned them out. Oh well!

you would need a team member to scan the controller under price change on their device to see if it triggers the drop.

Had a similar issue. I couldn't find them on the shelves so I decided to ask the employee to look in the back. Found a few controllers. I'm sure people stash clearance items in the back often.

Speaking to that, I stopped by at a Target tonight after work looking for the Ocean Shadow Xbox controllers: this store supposedly had three in stock, but when the electronics rep checked the DPCI on his handheld scanner, he immediately claimed they hadn’t had any in store for a long time, chalking up the missing inventory to thieves. I had no problem with the response, but it came a little too quickly and conveniently to not render me at least slightly suspicious. This Target is so far out of my way it’s barely even worth it to check clearance items there, but $21 for a special edition controller was too good a deal to pass up, so I risked it. Wasn’t meant to be, I guess.
