When I cast one of those in 2006, the instructions basically say you won't be counted.

Taxes are going to be raised since the Bush tax cuts will expire in 2010 (this, by default, is a tax hike for everyone). That's when you'll start to hear them talk about tax policy.

Even Republicans have said that Obama wont be able to get much acomplished thanks to the Bush Legacy without massively increasing the deficit and probably ending the war....which just isnt a good move right now.

I was just reading in Foreign Affairs yet another article(has to be like the 15th now)discussing the Iraq war and how even a draw down will have to wait till 2010 if done responsibly.

The issue was upholding the new law limiting rates. So yes = 28% rates, no = 391% rates.
