you're a douche.

a nicer response would be:
"I meant RB. Apparently old navy is actually selling rockband games and they're all 50% off."
To which I would have said "oh. thanks for the info kind sir."
I meant that i was the dunce, you dunce.

Has anybody played the new DLC for RE5?

Has anybody played the new DLC for RE5?
Lost in Nightmares is RE1 fan service with very few enemies (which was still awesome to me), but Desperate Escape is a shit ton of fun with a shit ton of enemies. I hope the next RE game stars Jill Valentine and Jill Valentine only. I only paid two bucks for both of them, but I would've easily paid 4.99.

Brak, the Essential Art House editions of the Studio Canal Criterions are going OOP too, right (like Grand Illusion)?
Casey, how do you feel about your boy Delhomme getting the boot?
I have with one of my brothers. One busted and another system banned and now I don't have access to any of the games. But anyways it's easy and if you are doing it without a memory card, using the recover gametag from live method, it will lag if you got a lot of shit associated with your gamertag when recovering.
It sucks that he took such a slide this past year since he has been a great QB in the past. He was never an elite guy, but he performed when it came playoff time. I Think that Tommy John surgery just killed any chance he ever had of getting back what he once had. I think Matt Moore will take the reins and continue to show that he was the right choice for the team at this point. I honestly don't understand why they didn't give him a shot earlier in the season. He was great in his rookie season when he started and he was really solid this time around. Hopefully he isn't just a flash in the pan and can have sustained success this season. If he plays well the Panthers have a shot of taking the division crown. Their running attack is just too good if they have solid QB play.

I might check that out- RE1 is still my favorite of the series. I remember renting it and then buying it the next day.

They were forced to leave him in and see if he could get play like he used to. And yeah, Moore needs to be a good QB to have a chance at the division. The Panthers got a great running game but today's NFL is all about the QB.

Say hi to Jack Black for me.

----

From MTV's multiplayer blog:

GameStop has a new product listing for the game, which fills in a few more of the blanks with "Portal 2":
Coming this holiday. Portal 2 is the sequel to 2007's Game of the Year and draws from the award-winning formula of innovative game play, story, and music that earned the original over 70 industry accolades. Portal 2 introduces a cast of dynamic new characters, a host of fresh puzzle elements, and a much larger set of devious test chambers. Players will explore never-before-seen areas of the Aperture Science Labs and be reunited with GLaDOS, the occasionally murderous computer companion who guided them through the original game.
Also interesting is the price ($60 for 360, $50 for PC), which implies that we're looking at a full release. Compare that with the one- to two-hour long original, which was priced at $20.

The fact that he didn't turn the ball over during his run shows just how vital good QB play really is. They probably would have made the playoffs if they didn't have so many games where they just gave the ball back to the other team. The Buffalo game is a clear example of that.

Wow @ the latest signatures. I did lol at the manthing one though.. not cause he was laid off, but because we know exactly who that was (JolietJake).

Just found out the old merch company I used to work for is essentially bankrupt and was bought out. Pretty sure everyone I used to work with found out today that they're out of work.
Anyone ever seen Common live? Good show?
He has great stage presence and brings a ton of energy. I could have used a setlist that wasn't so heavy on his post-Be albums, but that's a minor complaint.
In case any of you didn't know, wolve11 is home safe from his deployment to Iraq.
He said he misses the OTT. :)
Awww :cry:

Finally got North by Northwest from Netflix after waiting forever. It was worth it though. I don't know why I didn't just buy it when it came out on Blu anyways.

~~~
I think film critics don't even watch the films they review anymore. How can you even say Dancing with Smurfs has pioneered 3D when it has been around for so long? fucking retards. I wish they would all kill themselves.
Have you even seen Avatar? There is no denying how awesome the 3D is when you see it in IMAX. The movie may not be great, but the visual effects are stunning and are such a leap forward that it has basically created a whole market for 3D devices. If Avatar didn't do as much business as it has studios wouldn't be turning movies into 3D, Television companies wouldn't be making 3D displays, and Blu Ray players wouldn't be updating their specs to include it.
Every other 3D movie that came before Avatar was shit. It was a cheap gimmick that was hokey. Avatar made you immersed in the world with its 3D.
I disagree. The 2 or 3 films I saw (all animated) in 3D were pretty cool.
And I don't know how "good" the 3D IMAX Avatar was, but considering I can't stand to watch the CG for less than 30 seconds in a TV promo, I wasn't about to spend $20 to go see it for 2+ hours in 3D. :lol:
I refuse to watch the film. 3D is not the future.
So you are criticizing reviewers because you think they have not seen movies that you haven't seen? That makes no sense.
Also the film has made like 2 billion dollars and is the biggest domestic grosser of all time (not adjusted for inflation). How is this not going to be hailed as the future? It has completely changed the way theaters are eyeing their business. They just had a movie that sustained premium grosses for almost four months solid on this movie. Theaters are going to be throwing up 3D displays like crazy and putting a lot of effort into marketing the 3D experience. As the gap closes between theatrical release and DVD release theaters are going to look at movies like Avatar and see that it is the type of movie that has to be seen in the theaters.
I don't care about the movie and the ridiculous gross and so forth. The same goes for Titanic and the same yuppie mother fuckers that saw that damn atrocity 10+ times.
I was just upset about people gushing over it thinking that all of a sudden there is this new fangled technology that is going change everyone's lives. As you said everyone and their grandmother is changing their approach (because they are greedy little fuck wads and they think they will pull the same gross if they take their shitty movie and turn it to 3D).
Also, you can count me out when you say that The Hurt Locker and Dancing with Smurfs have basically the same storyline, and to the same extent District 9.
fuck that...
(Sorry films can rub me the wrong way)
Anyone bite on Toy Soldiers XBLA? Worth the points?
Anyone ever seen Common live? Good show?
I saw him at Bonnaroo a few years ago, and I recall him being good. He wasn't as good as Blackalicious, but he was good.
It was sometime between about 2:30 and 4 in the morning, though, so my perception may have been a bit off.
I refuse to watch the film. 3D is not the future.
