That K2 demo was kind of short. I'm glad it didn't end up like Resistance 2.

The "Alternative 2" controls with the zoom set to hold instead of toggle are a good CODish mix.
 
Damn, he's mean as hell!

Fed Ex "interview" was lame. It was basically 20 people sitting in a room filling out paper work for an hour and then they didn't even want to talk to the people today. They said they'd be doing call backs within a week.

Yea same here. I remember the assistant asking me to tell her about myself and she kept asking me if I could feel the gas take effect yet and I kept saying no.

Then I clearly remember waking up in the middle of them drilling my teeth into bits in a panic because it hurt and I had no idea what was going on. Next thing I knew I was waking up on the couch at my house.
 
The only thing I remember about getting my wisdom teeth out was asking my mum for my phone so I could text messages. Apparently I was pretty coherent, I just couldn't talk at all (all four had come out).
 
When I got my wisdom teeth pulled they yanked all four out, woke me up and I wanted to drive home. I could have made it, but I got really sleepy about half way there.

Went to sleep instead. I'm fucking swamped now though, have a written homework and entropy calculator due to the same class on Wednesday, and I need to design a Combine church by Tuesday, and get it in Hammer by Thursday. Then by the next week I need to write an animation engine. And somewhere in there I need to write a second short story and do some fucking work on Void.

I forgot to take my wallet to work, yesterday, so I ended up looking on the floor for change and I also asked various people for a quarter or whatever change they had. The food sampling lady ended up giving me half of a roast beef sandwich, and with the change I managed to save up, I bought a bottle of water, bag of chips, cup of soup, and a nice, shiny apple for lunch.

Working at a grocery store is convenient, at times. : )
 
Deftones are playing Bamboozle Left in Irvine in April. Their bass player is in a coma.

They're co-headlining with 50 Cent. Weeeeird.
 
Time to see my financial adviser. I'm going to ask him, "If the economy has gone down 25% in the past six months, does that mean my check can also be 25% less?"

My teeth were impacted, so he had to dig 'em out.

The smell of the grinding/burining teeth has stuck with me to this day.

The first L4D DLC — dubbed the L4D Survival Pack -- is due for release this spring and introduces a new multiplayer game mode entitled, Survival, plus two complete campaigns for Versus Mode . A Critic's Choice Edition of the game will be heading to retail stores this spring, and will include access to all the content introduced in the L4D: Survival Pack.

In addition, for PC gamers and aspiring developers, the first Left 4 Dead release for the Source Software Development Kit (Source SDK) will allow the creation of custom Left 4 Dead campaigns that will be discoverable via L4D's matchmaking system. The SDK update is also due for release this spring, and is free of charge to all owners of L4D on the PC.

Mine had to use a hammer and chisel on both my upper WT. The first one had a root so deep when he pulled it my sinuses breached my softpallet. On the second one he left the long root and every now and them it gets inflamed.
 
My Chemical Romance recorded a really, really awful cover of a classic Dylan song and Warner Bros is using it as a promotional tie in for the Watchmen movie, munch.

Damn that L4D DLC is going to be hot fire. First time ever I actually wished I had a PC version of a game.

God damn L4D is the single best game to come out in the last 3 years.
 
Ya, when I get my PC, I'm going to pick up the PC version of it, I actually set aside the money from the 360 version I sold to get it when it goes on sale (probably this new edition now).

Plus all my friends play the PC version now...

When i had my wisdom teeth removed, i got put out, i don't know with what. When i woke up, i apparently wouldn't shut up. I talked the entire way home.

So will that L4D be free on the PC or will you have to pay? The way they worded it made it sound like those who already have the game may have to pay.

That's just as weird as when 311 co-headlined with Snoop Dog at the Verizon Amphitheater last year or so.
