What are you watching on your Netflix (or going to watch)?

Watched a pretty decent movie last night in Severance. It's a British movie in style of Shaun of the Dead but instead starts a group of company workers headed up in the Eastern European mountains on a business trip and their bus breaks down and..

Parts of it are pretty fun(at least if you can laugh through unrealistic gore sometimes!) and the rest of the movie is decent(though it dies off towards the end!)
I still recommend it though if you enjoyed shaun of the dead at all!

Plans now to watch another movie that looks to be in the same vein, Dead Snow. Hoping it looks as ridiculous as its movie cover does!

Since I stopped watching 24 mid-way through the first season, I picked up (approximately) where I left off last night. Only 6 1/2 more seasons to go! As far as discs go, I just finished tearing through the first 5 seasons of Entourage.
Anyone else watching Spartacus?
Spartacus: Blood and Sand? I've been watching that one. Wasn't expecting much, but it's surprisingly decent and I find myself looking forward to new episodes being released each week. I'd like to see more time spent in the arena though.

I don't watch very much TV so being able to catch up on shows that I have missed is cool. I'm currently on season 3 of The Office. I really like the show and if it wasn't for Netflix, I would've never watched it.

BTW, they have Trust (Hal Hartley) on Instant Watch which is awesome. It's one of my favorite movies but it was never released on DVD in the US.

Add me as another person watching AD now. Was about to buy the series on amazon for 60 bucks, but now that its on Netflix I can wait for a better deal.
I will be watching Season 5 of Angel - the only one I missed.
The first episode of the season is awesome, but the rest of the season gives you a good understanding of why it was canceled.
I'm still waiting for Farscape s4 =(
That's what I'm currently watching now. I'm like 4 episodes into season 3. If it doesn't show up soon I'll have to borrow season 4 from someone.

I watched Stuck last night on Netflix streaming since it was set to be removed at midnight. It was exactly what I expected it to be- a horrible movie made highly entertaining by terrible acting and a ridiculous premise, overall. here's the description from Netflix.com:

Driving home after a night of partying, Brandi (Mena Suvari) accidentally crashes into pedestrian Tom (Stephen Rea), who gets stuck in her car's windshield. Brandi struggles with whether to help save this man's life or simply let him die and thereby protect her career. In extreme pain and with little time left to live, Tom pleads for Brandi's help and tries to find a way to escape from his glass prison in this horrific thriller.

How could you not watch? I just wish it was still on streaming now so more people could/would watch it. I mean, this shit starts out with a juxtaposition of gangsta rap being played while shots of old people in a nursing home is who's. Mena Suvari's character- Copley with cornrows and acne- works there. She (and a much hotter woman) also show their tits later on.

Trust me... While technically "bad" in dozens of ways, it's hilarious.

I've mainly been watching Documentaries that I wanted to see like PBS Frontline specials (the ones about the Economic Meltdown), The Smartest Guys in the Room (Enron's Failure), and I.O.U.S.A. (about the debt of the US and how to improve it).

I watched the first episode on Starz when I still had that channel, and I didn't really like it. But last week, I decided to give it another chance, and I've really gotten into it. The story is actually pretty good.

I also just finished Firefly. Very entertaining show...too bad it was short lived.

Arrested Development. Great show. On to Season 2 now.

Last movie a couple nights ago was a movie called Fido. I though it was HIGHLY entertaining and would recommend it.
Rescue Me Season 5
Man I loved the first 2 seasons of that. Struggled through Season 3 and now can't make it through Season 4. Not quite sure why I lost interest.

The Riches! Never heard of this show before but I noticed Eddie Izzard was in it and gave it a shot, and it's great.

Everyone was talking about Prison Break lately do to the game coming out so I decided to watch that a lil bit. Turns out I loved it and watched all 4 seasons.........

I really need hurry up and find a new job NOW! There's to much good shit on Netflixs. :'( I also just watched all of Weeds and Dexter, now I'm onto Arrested Development, Angel (Saw it but missed a few), Firefly and whatever else would help me think a little less about my failures lol.

Just watched them all start to finish and yeah, 1 was great, all the rest had some moments here and there but didn't measure up to the first. Overall though, high marks from me.

So spartacus starts out horrible but gets really good after 3 or 4 episodes. It also has one of the best season finale's I've ever seen. I was nearly jumping up and down cheering. Highly recommended if you can get past the pilot.

Agreed...the first couple of episodes were just "meh" but after watching 7 episodes I'm now hooked on it. Very entertaining show. I might have a marathon and finish up season 1 this weekend, now that I know the finale is so good. :bouncy:

So I finished Spartacus over the weekend and the finale was amazing! I was also bummed to hear about the guy who plays Spartacus being diagnosed with cancer. I hope he gets well soon.

Assuming he does recover and there's a second season, I wonder
who the new cast of Romans will be since most of them (Lucy Lawless, etc.) were killed off in season 1?

They were already filming season 2 when he was diagnosed. They expect to finish it when he recovers from treatment.

Oh coo! Poor
Lucy Law AKA Warrior Princess
though, no more Spartacus checks lol. Glad to hear there's still some new episodes out there, I love this show more than I thought I would. I hope all goes well with the main human's cancer, I like him as an actor (no homo).

So I just noticed that Pandorum is on netflix now. If you haven't seen it, check it out. It's pretty good for a movie most people never heard of. Sadly, for some reason, it's not HD.

IM going to mix in Miller's Crossing along with some Dead To Rights Retribution tonight.

If you want to see Miller's Crossing I will warn you it says that it is only available until May 15th. Not sure if that means you can watch it tomorrow or if tonight is last night. Haven't seen it and have heard good things.

I watched the whole season twice. Hilarious.

I have Law & Order SVU queued up, I'm somewhere in the second season. But I'm honestly wondering if I can somehow make an insane run at LOST. I've never watched it, I want to watch it, but I know I'll never actually watch it after the finale. Why? Because already, every other person on facebook....every half-wit writer who wants to make comparisons to it in their blogs.....every commercial break threaten to just blow up all the secrets or whatever. And after that, what's the point?

I watched that about a month ago! Highly enjoyable! I want to see Machine Girl too.

I just watched Zombiemania. Pretty good zombie documentary.

I just got done with Prison Break: Season 1. I intend to watch the rest of the shows seasons. Got the Prison Break game in my Gamefly queue too :bouncy:.

I'm about halfway through the first season of Dollhouse and it's actually really good. I'm not the type of person to try to guess what's happening next, but the show really forces you to try to piece it together before it becomes obvious.

Also, I finished these a while ago, but if you haven't watched them yet. The first 3 seasons of Friday Nights Lights is up (the 2nd season is a bit iffy but the 3rd is fantastic) and the first 2 of Dexter is up too. Couldn't recommend either show more. Probably my 2 favorite on TV right now, besides maybe Mad Men.

Off and on watching Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations, South Park season 8 & 9, Lie to Me and OSS 117: Cairo, Nest of Spies.

I just finished Bones not too long ago, wish they had the most recent season :(

I just started watching Fear itself, and it's pretty creepy! It's rated 5 stars.
