Adding BC has not excluded Microsoft from pursuing those other ways of increasing Xbox One's value, so there's no opportunity cost at play.

not only that, but the art style alone makes it an 80's baby's dream TF game. FINALLY a game where Megatron looks like goddamn MEGATRON and not some mishmash of scrap metal and sharp edges.

 
Anyone play Toy Soldiers 1 or 2 in the preview beta yet? I need to find someone who has so I can download it myself lol. I was able to download Banjo Tooie and Mass Effect from people I already had
 
Reading the thread on Drive Club made me read some reviews of that lesser game in comparison to Forza Horizon 2 so with the $30 sale and $12 in space bucks already in tow, think I'm going to finally get FH2. Think I missed a Best Buy sale that put it under $30, but otherwise can't seem to find it cheaper or can I?

Sorry it took a bit to chime in here officially, but we wanted to get the details clear for our fans. 

Fist, bit thanks to @GhostMotleyX for all of the great work. 

Second, as I know many people have been asking about the details and content of Season Pass and if or when people will get the content. I hope the following makes things clear: 

Throughout the 6 months of additional Batman: Arkham Knight content, Premium and Season Pass owners will receive all in-game content that is offered through various retail pre-order incentives. This includes the Harley Quinn and Red Hood Story Packs, as well as any Batmobile or Booster Pack that was available as early bonuses for pre-order of the game.  For those who did not receive the content with their game, these items will become available when their respective exclusivity windows expire in August/September.

The tl;dr version of this is: Premium Edition & Season Pass owners will receive all retail exclusive DLC after their respective early access periods expire. 

I hope this helps clear up any confusion, please let me know if I can help answer anything else on the subject.

Oh man, I love that game. It's criminally underrated. I don't remember the exact number - 50k? 100k? - but it sold very poorly. And the campaign should have always had four-player co-op a la Gears.
 
I know Arkham knight is gonna be a great game, Rocksteady does good stuff. But it's tough for me to want to pay $40 for a season pass that doesn't even have any content announced

Yeah, I'm getting it because I can make a bit of BB credit and some progress towards Elite Plus but I'm not planning on keeping it. Going to trade it right back in.

I have a hard time supporting Rocksteady and WB after the shit they pulled with the Batmobile Edition.

I want to play it badly but the way the game was divided up with $40 season passes mean I will be waiting for a GOTY edition or cheap vanilla edition with a SP sale.

I'm just going to play through and trade it back then wait for the "10 out of 10" version. I got it with the skylanders excitement a few weeks back at BBY so I should make money on it.
I certainly wouldn't preorder the digital season pass version of the game off Xbox Live.
 
So I finally bought Forza Horizon 2. Is the Storm Island expansion worth the $10? Or should I wait until it goes even lower?

If they want to reward the "most loyal beta players", then unlock it for the top X players (time played, reach a certain level). I won't be able to play during that time frame, but would've been able to put in at least a little time each day during the beta.

It's a weird one. Really fun, fast and enjoyable when it works well. It does suffer from framerate issues, horrible menus and some questionable design choices. Should be cheap enough to give it a shot.

Nope. I'm a huge Batman/Arkham fan so I'm not waiting. I'm game sharing this one anyway, so I don't mind paying. I just meant $40 for the season pass when nothing has been announced. I didn't buy the other games' DLC either though, usually when I'm done I move on to another game.

I like them from the comfort and sound quality level but the built in mic and in line mic that they shipped me are both pretty terrible. If the price is right then they're well worth it but if you just want sound quality/comfort and will never use the mic then you may as well go to Senheisser or something like that and if you do want the mic then you kind of have to look at other headsets.
