I think they might’ve been, or you got to choose from a few, I don’t remember. I just know that I would enjoy being able to watch The Rabbit of Seville any time I damn well please, and MS should get on that!

Ah the usual Contrast and Fallout and such sale.

I wish they would make the Rise of The Tomb Raider 360 version BC and FH2 (before being delisted). I heard ROTR on 360 was a damn good port to.

I finished Ruiner. Great and quick game probably 5 hours tops? Some side quests to finish and such. Had a lot of fun thanks to Gamepass. Sadly the rest of the month is bleak for me since I own most. Maybe I'll give Hitman another whirl

Nice to know I'm not the only CAG member from the Burque!

No kidding about that, it amazes that people here still haven't had the fried or smoked chicken either. And people who do get the chicken forget that they have BBQ ribs too. They have the best beans, fries, and dinner rolls (and side items period) of any chicken place in town. And the sweet rolls, woooo those are so good! The bags of frozen fried and smoked chicken sell out quick.

Back on topic, what's with the wash, rinse and repeat sale going on this week? I'm barely interested in DE:MD Digital Deluxe... And I bought JC3 XL Edition during the Ultimate Sale.

 
I tried clearing the cache a couple more times to see if I could get Resident Evil to work and my Xbox One started back up minus the external hard drive. Freaked out for a bit then thought while the external hard drive is not connected I would try install on to the internal, and it works.

So, I turn off Xbox and unplug external hard drive and plug back in and turn on and hard drive back on, glad it is fixed. I would start playing Resident Evil now, but I started playing The Division.

Question about the Division. It is always online right? So, does pause work in the middle of missions?

RotTR was wonderful on 360, played just as well as the 2013 game. The only real difference between versions is the graphics.

Glad I held off on that all DLC pack. I don't generally play racers and really don't care about extra cars as I know very little about them. Maybe if some of the DLC was stuff like the Warthog in FH3 or something. A new area to drive just seems way more appealing than more cars.

Been a bit since I've played it, but 99% sure there is no pause.

Grabbed Overcooked 2

Just as fun and frustrating as the first. The online mp is a huge plus.

Contrast :xb1: has been on sale one time since release and that was nearly 2 years ago...seriously needs a sale or added to gamepass

 
I FINALLY finished Prey tonight. I played over the course of 4 months. Spent 36 hours on a no kill, no typhon powers play-through. I think I did about 90% of the side quests and spent a lot of time reading all the emails and books. It does not feel like a game I want to play again even though there are several different approaches that would change up the game play.  

But what I LOVED about this game was the setting. It was really creepy at times and I felt like I was exploring this huge space station with all its nooks and crannies. The NPC and enemies were just ok but Talos I was really well designed. Those people over at Arkane definitely know how to assemble a great sandbox. 

My only other real gripe was the load times between sections. It got real old towards the end having the game load for 1+ minutes and then I sprint though a section only to have to wait for another loading screen. It really hurt the tension at the end of the game.

Otherwise if you like to take your games slow and soak in a wonderfully designed sandbox I highly recommend. I also would say if you want to brute force the story it could be done in 12 hours but you would be missing out on stuff.

 
Well not sure if that sale price is up still but the 2am thing is misleading. Doesn't say pacific time. Did a hard reset and it still won't play. Oh well.

Got my movies anywhere set up. Wow. I never buy digital movies still it seems. Did get Kung Fu Panda 1 from Amazon tho!

I also heard they will upgrade your collection to HD if you own SD versions. Not sure about 4k tho.

Hmm, it shows my unlock time as 11:00 PM, so I just assumed you were EST. It's actually pissing me off that the store page claims it will be available and I can see the current time is well past that with the guide up.

"I had to wait over half an hour for the indie game that's been out for a year on PC would unlock for me to play on my xbox! The world is literally coming to an end!"

I'm happy I decided to check this thread before going to sleep. I thought I had Dead Cells pre ordered already, but apparently I didn't. I don't know how many times I almost bought it on PC but passed on it hoping that it would come to Xbox eventually. I'm glad that day is finally here, can't wait to play tomorrow!

Just about everyone whose comments I read on the event are saying that this is a great addition to the game and future events need to follow the model. I'm very happy that Bungie seems to be taking the game in the right direction. The halo3 BC upgrade to 4k hdr is the same as the MC version?
 
So I decided to pre-order Dead Cell on Xbox One because of the Summer Spotlight Promotion.
I didn't receive the rewards points for my purchase. Am I to assume because there was a discount with the pre-order that I'm not going to get the bonus points for my purchase?

No. Currently the 360 version is the only way to have HDR, as MCC still hasn't been updated in 3 years. However, the 360 version is forever locked at 30 FPS. Once the MCC fix finally releases, it should be the definitive version for Halo 3.

The only technical advantage the 360 version will have at that point is more playlist options, but considering it's difficult to find games outside of Team Slayer and Big Team Slayer, it's a moot point. Some people also don't realize that all of the DLC is now free, so you never see DLC maps in Matchmaking. There is also LAN support for the old version, but that is coming to MCC with the next patch.

If the MCC updates fixes the lingering glitches and laggy co-op on some games, all games in it will be the definitive versions, except for ODST which still doesn't have Firefight.

Game Pass is highly likely now that Microsoft owns the Contrast IP.
