Yeah, DLC doesn't work yet...you go to the music store option, and it searches for a second, and then gives an error message. The other online options DO work though...multiplayer/co-op modes, and the leaderboards are up. I'm pretty confident that downloading songs to an SD card will be easy...

Yeah, you probably will find the best deals directly from the team, in the form of package deals. The Coyotes always have nice 5/10 game packs, and include unlimited food at every game or something crazy. Other than that, I would look for a Bruins forum and people are probably selling/trading...

pick up a psp-2000 while you still can. the 3000 is apparently "homebrew proof". I'd honestly only like my PSP half as much if I couldnt use Opera Mini for the web on it, read PDF ebooks, use MSN (and the others) chat, and play emulated games.
