It really depends on what the description says I think, they've been pretty accurate lately, at least for me. Pretty much all the ones I've seen say "may come repackaged" and mention some sort of wear. I ordered an 'Acceptable' copy that only mentioned a scratch on the case, and when it arrived...

I've been waiting forever for a good price on Scribblenauts Unlimited for Wii U, finally managed to nab a 'Very Good' one for $36.01. There was one in 'Like New' condition a while back for $38 but I hesitated and missed it, so I'm excited.

It's good, the description they gave described the condition exactly. I mentioned the part about coming repackaged because pretty much all the other copies up at the time in the same condition stated "may come repackaged" in the description, which I avoided. Took a chance and ordered an 'Acceptable' copy of Ni No Kuni for $29.69. Since it's a nice savings on the game and the strategy guide looks so nice, I decided to order it as well to go along with it.

Received my copy of Batman Arkham City: Armored Edition that I got for $31.38, was described as Like New condition, arrived new and sealed. Very fun, enjoying the game pad usage.
