Jsweeny, all i said was that the game didn't interest me and i wanted to know what all the hype was about. you didn't need to be so abusive in getting your point across. Guilewasnk, thanks to you and the others who were able to give a mature perspective. personally, i want games like this...

am i the only one has has absolutely no interest in this game? the premise is extremely stupid to me... none of the descriptions or reviews made me want to play it... yet a lot of people here are hyping it as much as halo 2. so am i the only one??

yeah, i need to be banned for actually paying the FULL price. :shock: thing is, i tried to find a deal on x-men legends... that lasted one day and i just couldn't wait anymore so i went to best buy to GGC it only to find out there were none left. in frustration, i went to the eb games...

well i got x-men legends at eb games last night for 49.99! i didn't even use a GGC because my best buy had none left. the game is great so far! so, with all the great titles coming out, when will YOU break??? i think halo 2 might force me to pay full price again!

don't get me wrong. 10 buck games are great! it's just discouraging when my target's $10 to $15 games are $5 or less at other targets. it's not that the games are not cheap. it's just that i know they are cheaper somewhere else so i can't bring myself to buy until they get dropped in...

my targets... east windsor, NJ new brunswick, NJ STILL have kill.switch for 14.98....... i rarely see any drops below $10 at these targets...

being a CAG means driving an hour out of my way to save $3 on a game. waiting 6 months for a game to drop in price by $10 before i get it. the excitement of getting a game no matter how crappy for $5. good times!

the xbox lag is present offline and is a pretty well-known problem. i've heard of some people having success using the xarcade --> xarcade ps2 adapter --> third party adapter for xbox (magicbox?). i'm just buying all my fighting games for the ps2 for now. at least until xbox live proves...

just wanted to clarify... the xarcade works fine for the ps2. it's the xbox adapter that causes lag.

i would definitely not buy this game used. the controller is relatively fragile so you are taking a gamble that the previous owner was very careful with it. there is a high possibility for return on this and returning stuff is too much of a hassle or me.... i got one of the second wave...

i just wanted to confirm this deal. i picked up my xbox for 149.99 + 30 mail in rebate today. i also got tetris worlds, clone wars and a voodoo vince demo disk for FREE with the xbox. the free stuff is YMMV and 'while supplies last'. this was at FYE in brunswick square mall, NJ

can someone comment on the two video outputs. does this mean you can connect two tvs to the pelican and be able to for example, play your ps2 on one tv while watching a dvd on the other? how does this feature work?

it was the Target on Rt9 south in freehold. like i said it was marked as clearance even though it scanned at 19.99. the guy gave it to me for the clearance price since the tag was still there. i assume he took the tag out right after my sale. if it is marked on clearance you should...

i just got HSG3 this weekend for 7.48. it scanned for 19.99 but the clearance tag was still there so i got it for that price. just a tip if you're using printed barcodes to check prices. look for clearance tags also.
