This thread is for clearance-- not for sale items. Price reductions for clearance seem to happen on Monday, although not every Monday, but could also occur any day of the week depending on your store's price change team. Price adjustments on clearance are typically not allowed, but some have succeeded or have been able to do as return and rebuy. If you try be sure to bring a smile and a lollipop.

Target often donates its older clearance titles to Goodwill stores, so keep that in mind when you're trying to find items. BigDirty: "Further reduction is possible when a game's price ends with 8 cents. However, when it ends in 4 cents it will NOT drop anymore. If it ends in 9 cents, it's just on sale or on a non-clearance reduction." Also, note that, typically, games will drop three times-- from 30%, 50%, then to the final drop of 75% off of the original price. Some people, however, have seen further drops up to 85%.

When posting deals, please include game, system, price, city and state. For example:

Here is a fairly easy way to check your local Target's pricing-- often price tags will not be correct. Thanks to BigDirty for this:
1) Go to Half.com or a similar site. Search for the game to locate its UPC code number. It's in the gray box underneath the box art graphic.
2) Go to UPC Data ,Milk.com , or UPC Database and enter the code so you can print out the UPC. Go to Target and use the price scanners to scan your printouts.

Thanks to Mephitical for this tool for locating clearance titles, which is located here. Go to Amazon or Target to find the item's ASIN. When you find it, replace "B000O3IS48" in the URL with your item's ASIN. This will take you to a page asking you for your zip code. Type in your zip code and click enter-- this will display a list of local stores and whether or not they have your item in stock. YMMV on it working properly.

The lowest known price will be posted. The item could be higher or lower at your store. Numbers in yellow are DPCI numbers, which can be used to check the prices of items on newer scanners.

The Logitech wireless keyboard/mouse combo that was $17.48 (50% off) last week was half that today (75% off). Works with PS3. DCPI is 080 00 0241.

I'm thinking my Target just does all the price changes without having the item in hand.

First I find EoJ for half the marked price, now this keyboard, and shelf tags that show 75% games that haven't been in stock for months. This could work to my advantage.

Also, Warhawk bundle is $30 according to the shelf tag. For a few weeks it was $30 (down from $50 I think) then it went back up to $50 for a week or so, and now it's back down to $30. Weird.

I also saw one Warhawk bundle for $30 at the Bowie, MD Target store. Good luck to who ever nabs it.

Nothing really worth mentioning at the Woodstock and Kennesaw Targets. GTA IV SE was $64 at one, $44 at the other. Nothing else to write home about.

Will have to check my secret store again tonight and may pick up Scene It. May not. How good was it?

Went to Target in Central FL... NO games of any kind on clearance

Although they did have a 160gb external HD for $17.48 from $60

Also, not sure if everyone knew, but the clerks have a gun where they can put in the UPC or scan the product, and it will show the price and stock of that item for the entire district. So if people don't want to drive around to each store looking for a certain clearance game, you really could just goto the closest one and ask a clerk to check a few things for you.

which target in Central FL?

i usually go to all the Kissimmee ones (there are 3). i found 1 of those 160gb hdds in Jacksonville last week. trying to get one for my fiancee too

Picked them up but I don't know which Target locations I got them at since the receipts are at home. It was the last copy of each game. I went to 5 locations yesterday since I got out of work early.

But at the Brickyard location (Chicago, IL), I saw that Ion drum set for $160. It'll probably drop if anyone is interested in picking it up.

i think that's regular price. I've seen many Targets selling them at this price without any stickers.

Somebody else has to get to the target in Bay Shore, NY and buy DBZ (360) or I'm gonna end up getting them all, lol.

Picked up another today. It's too easy and addicting to have as many stores locally as i do.

Anyhow, they had Fable II's behind the counter with the strip on the top that said not to sell till the 21st. I tried to get them to sell to me anyway, but had no luck. Maybe someone else will be able to get lucky.

Target in Patchogue, NY had a couple Lost Odyssee's for 15 but I didnt take any.

$30 is MSRP for the standalone Warhawk. With bundled headset, I recall seeing it for $50 I think. So, that's a good deal if you need a headset and want the game.

Also, make sure that you price check any item that you want using the DCPI#. Target usually has the correct price on an item, but I've scored some great finds because an item was locked behind a glass case with the the higher price (i.e. $44) on the item. When I would type the DCPI# into the aisle scanners, the actual price would display, which was sometimes lower in price (i.e. $22) than the sticker.

I checked my local Target again this morning to see if they had dropped the price of Skate from $29 to $14, which they hadn't. So.... I called around a bit and found a single copy at the O'Fallon store. He said it rang up $29, so I admitted defeat and decided to make an adventure out of it.

Plus it meant I got to go to Qdoba right there...

But when I got to Target and was in the process of checking out.. it rang up $14.98!!!

I was almost tempted to get one of the copies of Scene It! for $14.98 as well... but I didn't... guess I'll just pass on it.

I also thought about No More Heroes for the Wii.. but at $20.98 I guess I might wait a little bit. Didn't even know these were getting clearanced!

Yep, despite the one Target I've seen with the new, even fancier scanners, there are still some scanners with no numerical keypad. Best bet, if you don't want to tip the dude in Electronics off about a possible deal is to head to Guest Service and have them check the numbers on their PDA.

Those 160gb hds are gone in here Jax.. I scored 3 for myself ( use them for all my down loaded music, movies and pictures) and havent seen them since and that was between 6 different targets.

Don't worry about Kung Fu Panda. A few people seemed to have indicated that it was removed off clearance-- something odd that Target does every once in a while. 34.98 seems to be the best you could have done.

I finally got two of the 1 gig digital picture frames! Had to do the buy and return at the store with the clearance price, but it worked perfect. He processed the return and I was expecting to have to look around for ten minutes, come back, and ask him to rebuy, but nope. He said, "Hey man! We only sell these for 22.48. Want to rebuy them?" Yes, yes, my Target friend, I would love to rebuy them!

Anyway, my Grandma should be pleased. I wish I could have found the 10 inch screen elsewhere for her, but that bastard was long gone. It was only another three inches for 22.00, but it was the perfect size.

Haha, I bet you made someone upset. But who knows, maybe it was just someone who stuck it there who decided not to get it. Was it properly marked for 14.98? Thanks for the DPCIs, and to the everyone else who's also posting. I would have grabbed more DPCIs, noticably the Wii drops that we're missing, but everytime I've been to Target this week has been on lunch or an extremely tight schedule.

Yeah. Only the 360 version has been clearanced. I've checked the PS3 version several times at different Targets and it always scans at $89.99.

Yes my target had tons on clearance, too. I don't remember where it was, what was on clearance, or how much it all was.

Will fit nicely on the Arcade system i picked up at GS last week. Now just have to figure out how to use my gamertag on two xboxs.

I use my gamertag on Xbox 1 and 360 just not at the same time. Not sure if that is what is being discussed or not, but 2 360s but just not at the same time should work also.

Yes, you can transfer your Gamertag between 360s with a memory card easily (which is what I do). You cannot be on XBL at once on two 360s with the same Gamertag.
