That's how it should work, but with Best Buy, nothing is assured. I'm willing to bet at least a few people who preordered the hardened edition will be out of luck.

You are misinformed. There are 8 LED TV's on Bestbuy's website right now for under $250. I don't care what brand they are, I didn't claim you could get a top model for that price. BTW, Insignia is the only TV that comes with a 2 year warranty.
