I went to target today and scanned the 2 disc 2012 blu-ray and it scanned at $29.99. I didn't see the single disc version anywhere in the store to scan it, but I'm assuming that's the one that is on sale for $12.

Definitely a great show and worth the price. Personally, I felt like seasons 4 - 6 weren't as strong as seasons 1 -3, but there's no such thing as a bad season with The Shield. One of my favorite shows of all time.

Picked up KZ2. Was tempted by NG2, but considering I haven't played the Xbox 360 version yet after picking it up for $10 at BestBuy last year, I showed some restraint.

I'll second the opinion that those rechargeable battery packs are sh!t. I'm not even sure that I got 3 months before they started going downhill. You're better off either buying a 40 pack of AA batteries at Costco or buying some AA eneloop batteries.

Another vote for eneloops. I bought mine in a kit at Costco for the charger, 8 AA's and 2 AA's, and some C & D adapters for a little less than $30. The MS batteries died on me after a year and I've never looked back since going with the eneloops.
