This has been going on for awhile now this generation before an official price drop. Sony offers additional "value" while keeping the price tag, such as the MW3 bundle.

Yes, WKC2 includes the entire first-campaign from WKC1 International Edition and its online features. You won't miss a thing, in-fact I would only reccommend WKC2 over WKC1 at this point if you never played it before.
