Nothing i pick is available within 300 miles of me (I live in southern california, must be over 50 best buys within that 300 mile area). I tried, Etrian Odyssey Millenium Girl, Tales of Abyss, Rune Factory 4.... And its store pick up only... wtf best buy... =/

REQUIRES BASE CIV5 ON STEAM! If you dont have Gods and Kings you get all of the stuff it added to the game (except the civilizations). So you can just get Civ5 + Brave New World to have all of the features  (minus the few civs). Enjoy...

Not true, the bar is moving on its own.. albeit very very slowly. They probably have Stage 2 unlock at like a million sign ups and stage 3 at like 10 million lol.
