just get back at amazon buy the game from their website call them and tell them it came damaged. If they dont refund you without making you send the game back just dispute it with your credit card.

What you did was wrong he cant file a paypal claim but he can report you to ebay for refusing to sell the item. If you had a problem with the price you should have set a reserve. People like you are the reason why ebay is so messed up.

I think it was wrong for you to wait 5 days to pay without contacting him. However, if I was the seller I would have made an attempt to contact you asking if you intend to pay.

They always do it. I had a listing removed for excessive shipping when my shipping method was cheaper than most people and all the fees automatically got refunded.

Ebay will just remove the listing and since it already ended the seller will just get back the Final Value Fees.
