I think TRU starts their hardware trade-in program this Friday. They might give more than Gamestop.

I'm on NG++, and have used the guide extensively. About 1/4 of the cover has rubbed off, and the spine is almost completely white. Needless to say, my envelope is ready to go out tomorrow.

My fix lasted 40 days. Time to crack it open again for round 2. EDIT: Fixed again with another reflow. Ejected my game, deactivated the system, backed up any unlocked saves, and turned the thing off for good. I highly doubt reflow #2 will last as long as #1 did, so... Slim time.

It's possible to play with friends, but it seems difficult to set up. I'm only basing this on a portion of a review I read on Amazon: Link to whole review.

OK, this has dropped to $6.69 now at Fry's. The game itself isn't very good, and is cheaper elsewhere. But this includes the drum hardware, so I think it's a great deal. Forget the game - just tear the drum kit apart for the piezo sensors and make some extra Rock Band cymbals or cow bells or...

My 60GB lasted from July, 2007 to September, 2009. Got the YLOD on Wednesday. Finally got around to fixing it today using the Gilksy videos, and it's working again. I've kind of lost my faith in the hardware, though, and don't expect this fix to last too long (hopefully through Uncharted 2).

They stack. The base price is 5% lower for all new games (10% lower for used, I believe), and the coupon is 30% off base. I assume you can sign up for a free trial and get the small extra savings. I believe it ends up as 33.5% off what the base price would be for a non-subscriber.

Ah! This is my favorite improvement. +/- 2 was never enough. I'll wait patiently for an even greater scale, but this is much better.
