I had preordered A Rose in the Twilight LE when it was coming out shortly after God Wars to get free shipping.  Now I have to wait until June for it. :(

You'd need a separate memory card for your Japanese account and you'd have to reset the Vita to factory settings and deactivate it each time you change accounts. I've never done it but it seems like more of a hassle than it's worth.

Huh, yeah, Airship Q in my order has a status of SOLD, which I'm guessing means sold out.  I wonder how that will be handled.

So apparently some GameStops are throwing away the cases for their used VIta games and just selling the carts only in glass cases like they've been doing for DS games for a while.  I went by four today and only one had them that way, I hope it's not the sign of a trend.  This seems really stupid...

Atelier Shalie Plus LE and Atelier Escha & Logy Plus LE, $54.99 each. As far as I know those are the only two Atelier games released physically in English for the Vita.

I was able to grab the LEs of both Vita Atelier games right when the NISA sale started, so that was great.  I guess they found more stock, since I thought they were completely sold out.

I really don't think the system price was that big of a deal.  Look at the 3DS right now, it's the same price and doing fine.  I know the 2DS is available, but that's not the bulk of the sales.  Retail space, sure, that was never all that big, and probably contributed.  But I still call BS on...

The Vita was marketed very poorly (if at all really) and it suffered from the same misguided (and grossly incorrect) belief the PSP did: that it had no games.  That, combined with the mobile market really taking off and the 3DS just being there, that is why it failed.  Memory card prices sucked...

I've started down the insane path of trying to get a full retail collection for the Vita, so I'm grabbing most stuff as I see it.  There's still far more on the horizon than I'll have time to play as it comes out, but I'll be glad to have it once the system is eventually dead.  I'll take a...

It looks like it was only released in Asia on PS4. It is on Steam, though.
