Newegg's customer service was fantastic, when I received Ghost Recon 2 used I got back $19.98 and I got to keep the game!

i got splinter cell and ghost recon 2. I believe my ghost recon 2 is new, i mean its sealed but I don't see a certificate on the side? hmmm Edit: Also ghost recon 2 is not the greatest hits edition
