Pretty muched missed all of the 49ers game since I was nursing a hangover but I did see JTO throw 2 interceptions inside the endzone. :wall:
JT looked bad this week. I know with JT in there weare going to see Ups and downs, but the Niners have given up 19 sacks already and it is mostly his fault. Martz needs to work with him on getting rid of the ball a lot quicker.

Takeo Spikes had a pretty sick INT early on in the game though. To bad JT made those costly turnovers and Brees tore up the Niners secondary.
Al Saunders should be given a shot.. Haslett is not a good head coach..
If you take away his last year as head coach(2005), he's got a winning record for his career. That's more than Linehan can say.
Here's an article on the Star Tribune on what happened that lead to Gus leaving the game....

Titans have done some pretty dirty things as have the Jags (having watched lots of AFC South matchups). I've seen quite a few late hits on running backs and wideouts, the most worrying occuring after a receiver is already down on the ground, I'll see their players spear opposing players in the small of the back.

I started watching the game in the 2nd half....so all I can say is about what I saw....and J.T. had 0 time in the pocket....Barry Sims was getting bitched by Charles Grant...

Also, the play-calling was horrendous....Frank Gore went off on the 1st drive of the 2nd half...and right when they get down to the red zone....they forget about him? One of the downsides of Martz is, he'll pull this shit....he had an empty backfield about 1/2 the plays of the game....and our o-line blows so what happens? J.T. gets rocked hard....

49ers have never done well in New Orleans so I expected a loss.....hopefully next week we can come back at home and destroy the Pats. If Ronnie fuckin' Brown can kill the Pats than the Inconvenient Truth will go ape-shit.

Oh, p.s.: Fire Nolan.
Lions had their best week yet!

Here's hoping Ben R can actually put together a decent game tonight so I can up my fantasy record to 2-2

There were times throughout the game, once again J.T. held onto the ball too long. Don't remember exact plays but some of the sacks were his fault.

4-0 Buffalo Bills.

man they stunk in the first half but as usual they come out the second half guns blazing. Next week is Arizona. If Boldin is out than im pretty sure the Bills can win this one.

Ya it was a combination of both. The line was crap and JTO (Just Turn Overs) did not help by holding onto the ball too long.

Recently-suspended Giants WR Plaxico Burress has been fined a stunning 40-50 times during his four seasons in New York, according to FOX Sports' Jay Glazer. The fines have been levied for various offenses, mainly related to Burress' tardiness for meetings and treatments. Considering that Burress has played in 50 games for the Giants, the total number of violations is mind-boggling. (It should be said that Tom Coughlin is a task-master who fines players for being early to meetings (his meetings begin five minutes early), so getting a few fines probably isn't out of the ordinary for some players. But 50? That's habitual.)

The Bills O-Line is going to be troublesome if Peters doesn't step it up and Fowler stops getting his ass kicked. That being said, Trent Edwards has been looking really good. Hardy needs to start bringing down those catches though.. Way too many drops, even for a rookie.
I'm sure Ed Reed will return the favor.
Perhaps. Actually, most likely.

It was still very much worth it. :applause:

not surprised about Plaxico.. you really think the Steelers would let a really good WR go for no reason?? He has always been a head case.. who still takes games off..

The game last night sucked.. the Steelers lost Mendenhall and Simmons for the season..

Karma bite Mendenhall in the ass. He shouldn't have sent those text messages to Ray Rice ;)

Also I'm glad Dallas didn't take Mendenhall over Felix Jones. :D

for talking about how much class Steeler fans around you have, you certainly don't come off any better... It was reported on ESPN before the game that Mendenhall never sent any text message to Ray Rice. The Ravens just needed motivation and I guess Ray Rice provided it. From what I gathered from ESPN was that Mendenhall texted his friend who is also friends with Ray Rice and he stated that he was hoping for a big game. That somehow got turned into "I will destroy that defense." Either way it's a rookie thing to do and the Ravens have always been classless since Ray Lewis has been there. Ed Reed has always been a classy player and I have mad respect for him. Probably one of the only U. (Miami University) players I do or ever have respected.

I bought tickets to the 49ers/Patriots game last night. I'm hella excited. It will be my first time going to a 49ers game and I get to see Young get his jersey retired.

I just got offered Randy Moss for Chris Cooley. Should I bite? My only other TE is Heath Miller and my other WRs are Boldin, D. Jackson, Jennings and Edwards. If I do it, I could get Fasano to back up Miller.

I didn't mean anything by those. I just meant that even if they are friends Medenhall shouldn't have sent anything regardless of it's context because it would be blown out of context anyway. Anytime an Athlete says anything about having a big game or what not it never happens. Rookie Mistake and now he's out for the season.

Also the reason I said im glad Dallas choose Jones over Mendenhall is because of the injury. Dallas couldn't survive with only one back. Am I saying Rashard would have got hurt in Dallas, no. I am saying Jones is making a bigger splash in Dallas then Mendenhall did in Pitts.

I honestly didn't mean anything by my comment Steel.

Lucky man! Candlestick is a pretty nice stadium. Have a good time!

it's cool.. np.. I gotcha.. ;) Can you please tell TO that Marion Barber and Felix Jones getting touches might make him better?

Yea that shit is nuts. I'm all about throwing the ball to TO more but 17 times!?!? Also bailing on the running game didn't help the Cowboys one bit. I'm wondering what Jason Garrett is doing calling these plays.

Kiffin getting fired was kinda inevitable, but the fact that Al Davis is trying to do it and NOT pay him is pretty ludicrous, especially since Davis personally hand-picked him for the job. Give the man the money he's entitled to!

Btw, I don't think anyone can ever get along with Davis

Yeah, I hate this as I can't stand Davis and liked Kiffin. Now they're hiring a nobody to replace him. Wonderful move Al.

The Raider's will suck until Davis dies.

I'd actually hate to say this but I think Jerry Jones is heading down the same path.. He reminds me of Al Davis in the 80's.. sacrificing character for talent and getting away with it.. eventually it will catch up to him, but I hope Jones recognizes when to step aside and to bring a GM in once his mojo is gone..unlike Al who thinks he still has it..

Funny, my mom said almost the exact same thing recently, apparently she hates Jerry Jones. The main difference I see between them is charisma (yea, the mojo), but yea, he should learn something from what Al Davis is doing and just step down when he starts losing his sanity :)

Al Davis is 100%, an asshole. Publicly outing a coach like that is shameful. Kifflin was changing that team. Even though they're 1-3, they could easily be 3-1 right now, and everyone can see that. I see Kifflin getting a coaching position again someday and being great.

I'll be surprised if he isn't a head coach in college next year

lol i also have miller and fasano... miller has done absulutely nothing all year.. what a waste..will prob start fasano again this week.

and yea im 0-4 now.. my last opponent still beat me even with the fact that he played no rb's against me (all of them on bye)... incredible.. and dallas d continues to do nothing

oh yeah, though I hope he goes to College to coach, I could see him landing another NFL head coaching gig. I'll be surprised if there isn't at least 5 jobs open after the season

Al Davis sucks! The only way the raiders are gonna get better is if he sells the team or dies. Jerry jones sucks also but i love to see him walk the sideline when the cowboys are losing.

fuck I was waiting for my Moss-Cooley trade to go through before I picked up Fasano and now he just got picked up. Now I'm fucked at TE unless Miller picks up his game.

Who here saw that interview with Chad Johnson where he said he was going to kiss the star at Dallas? Shit is going to be wild if he does.

Man, I don't know who is a bigger dumbass, TO complaining about not getting the ball, then blaming the media for blowing it out of proportion, or Chad Johnson talking about kissing the star in Dallas when he scores a touchdown.

How about kissing the star IF YOUR TEAM WINS you freakin' fool.

I never say a word when Chad does something crazy. He plays for himself not the team.

Which in his case is one of the few times that its not a bad idea. The Bengals suck who cares about them. Chad is a superstar and one of the best WR in the game...they should consider themselves lucky that he isnt demanding a trade every 2 days or refusing to play or something.

Chad is a guy who does a lot of stupid shit but the stupid shit he does hurts no one but himself not the team.

I just cant believe so much blame gets put on Chad for being a distraction when half the Bengals fucking team goes to jail every year. The Bengals have a little more to worry about them a guy dancing a river dance. They spend a lot of time pointing the finger at a guy dancing a jig and not enough at the ex cons that make up 60% of his team mates.

The Bengals are the biggest embarrassment to any black athlete because they prove the stereotype that athletes are just big dumb black guys that coast through life on their talent but couldnt think their way out of a paper bag.

When people bring up the Bengals I dont think, "O what did Chad do this time?" I think "Damn it just what we need another black athelete arrested for something."
