But again, CC manager's don't know squat.

If your having problems, just go to another CC?
I always refuse when they offer it to me, because I know CC is gonna wanna make problems for no reason.

Thanks for the opinion. I think I'll stick with the DS version, no point in wasting time/gas looking for the Wii version.
 
monkeydeew, that's just something that store is doing, not company-wide. They're just trying to avoid honoring CC's policy. Call 1-800-251-2665 and see if that helps. It's the CC complaint line. Some stores have actually taken this # off display because so many customers were calling it.

I don't know if it has been posted but the local CC's in Atlanta have the monster component cables for the ps2/ps3 for 8.96. Super cheap, and the cables are pretty nice.

Hopefully the clearance games drop down one more time, to the magical 8.96 (for the 16.96 titles anyway) so I can snag Blood Money. Though, now that I think about it, I haven't seen a copy in my store, so I guess it's moot.

Over the years, CC has been very kind to me, thanks to CAG. I love my inept store, and the corporation as a whole, for not actually changing the sticker prices on the games. Grabbing a pile of 8.96 titles that read 59.99 to people who don't know about the sales means more of a selection for me.

I love and appreciate CAG.

Has anyone seen a recent price drop list for PC Games? I haven't seen a post about the pc for a while and I know that Perimeter: Emperor's Testament is ringing up 6.68. It's a pretty good strategy game for anyone interested.

That's the unfortunate case. Just months ago, retailers were trying hard to move these at any price. Now they're pseudo or artifically rare I guess as I'm shocked by eBay prices.

I should go pick up a few at my CC and TRU now.
 
Last week saw the GT Series racing game for Wii with wheel from UBisoft for $19.99 on a cc price label. Today, there were more in stock and priced at 39.99.:cry: Maybe they think their product is $20 more valuable in lieu of Mario Kart!

I'm kind of surprised Sega Genesis Collection and Capcom Classics 2 haven't been reduced yet, or possibly moved to the "cool deals" group. Thanks as always Neocisco, you've cost me more than a few dollars this month!

On a side note, I've noticed some drops on CC's website on some HD-DVD's. Not as much as with Worst Buy, but any idea on deeper drops on titles or PC game clearance drops?
 
fyi, anyone in or around charlotte, nc. the cc on 51 near independence still has like 3 tcso, 3 elebits, 4 metal slug anthologies, a few bee movies, and a few alien syndromes. all $16.96 as the op has stated in this and previous posts. thanks op

just picked up 2 from the CC in Kildeer IL. looking to offload 1


pretty sure it's not ymmv. the guy showed me the printout of all the games he was adjusting the prices on...unless each store does their own list, this is not YMMV.

oh, and I know this is not the place, but I'd be down w/ a trade.

Can anyone confirm this? I haven't seen a mass drop in price but I would venture out to a store I know has them if this is the price.
