[DEAD again!!!] Megaman NT, WarioWorld, 1080 Avalanche at $9.99 + $10 GV at EB

I finally got in on it! Should I have gotten 1080? The reviews weren't nearly as high as FX, so I got that and Wario. Printed out my Gift Voucher form, and I'll submit that ASAP. $34 for 2 games, and a $10 voucher so 1 is basically free? Nice. ;)

Damn, I had Wario and 1080 in my cart, then Wario was gone. Went to get CC and 1080 is gone!
 
haha, holy shaq! i work one shift at my job and come back to this forum to see that a great deal had already came and gone while i was workin'. I would've loved to got in on wario world and 1080 for ten bucks each, plus the $10 voucher.. that would have been awesome. damn my job.

I just received my copies of 1080 and WarioWorld. However, the Wario has obviously been resealed: there is a EBGames price sticker on the cover (under the shrinkwrap) and half of a "Played it? Trade it" yellow sticker on the bottom half of the cover (again, under the shrikwrap).

Anyone ever had EBGames send them a resealed/used copy when you ordered a new one? If so, what should I do with it?
 
i would call them out on it...if my mega man copy comes in used i'm going to send the sucker back!

Take it in to an EB store, and demand to pay an additional $15 (to bring it up to the pre-played price). Seriously, though, I'd take it to the store and ask them to exchange it for a new copy. If there isn't a store near you, call the customer service number and get them to handle it.

Edit: Talk about a coincidence. I just got home, and my Wario is the same way (I already have the game, but I was buying 1080, so I wanted to get the credit). I also got a Counterstrike which is questionable. the Xbox seal looks crooked, and it is int the heat-sealed shrink wrap instead of the folded.
 
I got this deal awhile ago, i got wario world and megaman for 23.51 like everyone, I could have gotten 1080 but I really have no interest in it, I was wondering do you cheapassgames buy games because they are deals or you want to play them.
 
well i just got my 1080 and i think its pretty cool....im lucky to have been able to get wario,megaman,and 1080..now all i need is damn counterstrike.



offtopic....anyone wanna play 1080 over warppipe?? lol or double dash

it's either cause they're so cheap (the games), or to trade over the trading forum.
 
Damn. I never felt like whining this bad till now. I've now had over a dozen chances to get Wario World, and quite a few chances to get Counter Strike. I consider myself a cheapass grandmastah, and I've been missing out on these deals quite a bit.
 
MegaMan is listed at $9.99 now but adding it to the cart shows it as $29.99... wasn't that supposed to be the other way around?

That is usual when they come back in stock. Just keep refreshing them in you cart to make sure you get in on it.
 
I talked to "alec"...I told him I wanted to buy Wario but when it went to my cart it was 29.99. He said "wait 15 mins...it should be good then". So I said thanx, and hung up.
 
Actually I got in on this last week so I'm already a satisfied customer. I just like to watch the madness ensue. Yea I'm a sick and twisted bastard. :twisted:

Yes. That's how I got my games. Just make sure you add them to your cart and refresh the cart. Much easier to get through the checkout process. Having your Credit Card handy is also helpful. :D
