Yeah, tried that too...just the shape/position of them makes it hard for me to move quickly around them...should only be an issue for fighters.
Well, the thing about the d-pad is you don't really have to even move your thumb. You can just put it in the middle and roll it a bit.

I need to stop listening to people when they tell me something's hard. I just beat Vanquish and that so called "hard" final boss... psh. You only have to get one of them down to 2/3 health for the first part and there's 2 or so checkpoints within that fight. It's like... what? This is hard? fuck that.

Oh yea, I liked Bioshock.

I've always used the base of my thumb on Dpads, not the tip. Plop that base down and roll on the Dpad, so smooth.

Yup, that's how I do it too.

Sweetness. I perfected that technique playing SF2 on SNES, like 20 years ago.

I'm so old.

Also, this is my favorite art.

PORK CHOPS aka Dinner I just ate. :bouncy:

GYRO SUB aka Lunch from last week.

Arkham City Robin...spoilered for ridiculous size. Odd seeing Tim Drake with that haircut..looks very Chris O'Donnell-ish. There's going to be a Red Robin look for him too apparently.

Hank: Stop putting that fake sugar-based BBQ sauce on your pork. Otherwise I would marry you for your grilling.

WTF? buzz cut? At least Catwoman looks legit.
lol Look at that emo fucker. Looks like Starkiller from Force Unleashed's brother or some shit.
:rofl::rofl::rofl:

Well, I made 3 plain for you, sugar pie.

See how much nicer they turn out?

Btw good heat choice, charcoal>propane ALL DAY EVERYday (bonus for woodchip charcoal). My dream is to make a grill with a crank that allows me to raise and lower the charcoal height. It will have three sections, smoker, grill and cast iron skillet panel.

Hank bbq sauce would sell by name alone.

Starkiller and Cole from Infamouses love child, who became a space marine when he grew up

Starkiller is a tortured soul man.

That's my dream grill too.

The ones with sauce looked exactly the same until I put sauce on them, BTW. I slow cooked them bastards for about 45 minutes, then sauced them up.

I need to work on my sauce, it would be the best.

Also fuck propane. Give me charcoal, or give me death.

Pretty much spot on.

He'll be starring in Quake 5 soon.

Tortured soul is tortured.

Since Hank posted his creation, I shall post mine.

Healthy freak? Kind of. Dressing? It's called beef sauce with a sprinkle of cheese.

August 23rd needs to be here sooner.

Okay, I'm having some difficult claiming those PS3 games...
I chose the two I wanted, pressed "Get Now", but they never downloaded, and it didn't show up on my download list
Anyone else have problems like this?

Wait, I must have downloaded the tickets and not the games themselves... How do I redeem the tickets then? Infamous is not free for me on the network...

Download the ticket from the welcome back page.

That's the part I did! And then I go on the network, look up Infamous, and it's 30 bucks! :(
Same with Super Stardust HD! (Which was my second choice)
And of course I'm on the US network! :(

Looks good, I'd eat it. But I like a wide variety of food.

To counter your healthy creation, I will post my unhealthy creation.

Chili cheese fries.
Hank is definitely not Hank Hill.
Yeah, definitely not. Though honestly I don't mind propane, but I much prefer charcoal. Love using hickory wood too.

You have to download it through the ticket page. If it didn't work right at first, go to account management and then transaction management and then services list to find the promotion.
There must be something I'm missing with sotn. I am terrible at it and I never have enough health or potions.
What are you dying to normal enemies or bosses? Also, normal castle or inverted castle?

For the most part you shouldn't need to use healing items very much since most of the enemies and bosses in the game have very predictable patterns. However as a general rule there are a couple of enemies in the Inverted castle which are hard to kill and do tons of damage, best way to deal with them is to use Fog form and just pass through them avoiding fighting altogether.

Odama is a weird game, but it's kind of cool when things work out well for me in a level.

If Way of the Samurai 3 had a way to exit back to the main menu when in-game, it would be easier to play. I was on a mission to get an old woman's underwear and a crow stole it as I was heading back, which is apparently a fail state. I had to start fights until somebody could kill me before I could get to the main menu.
I thought it was great.
Cole dying was bullshit. He could've made it and motherfucker just said goodbye instead of trying to get out. Also, I did not enjoy playing Jack. Seriously disappointing, especially with fucking Roy giving the eulogy.

Great game, I loved the story, but it ended horribly.

He didn't have time to make it though, unfortunately. Also, Jack was my favorite character. Loved playing as him. And Roy giving the eulogy was like rubbing dirt in a wound, but that was the point.

Do you know about Soul Steal? Makes the game a lot easier...

Press B, F, FD, D, DB, B ,F + Attack to use it.

He totally could've tried at least. If he had just tried it would've made me feel so much better. I know Roy giving the eulogy was supposed to be like rubbing it in your face, but he should have been stopped from doing it. Bekowski, Galloway, and whatever that arson asshole's name was knew he was bad news, Jack did, too! If they had actually cared (like Elsa did), they should've put a stop to that shit.
Man, fuck the ending to L.A. Noire. fuckin' horrible ending.
You clearly don't like Noir stories. They don't have happy endings. If that was what you were looking for you definitely shouldn't have bought a game called LA NOIRE. As ihadFG said, the ending being the way it was is kind of the point.

Cole knew that even if he tried, he wouldn't make it. He accepted his fate. And Roy couldn't be stopped as the blame was placed on the others. It's supposed to be inferred that they weren't able to bring him down (or didn't feel like they could). As far as the noir genre goes, the ending was actually somewhat happy IMO because at least some of the bad guys got taken down.

Edit: Also what Rei said.

The only thing I'd have changed about the ending is:
I'd have had Cole be the one to shoot the flamethrower guy (forgot his name) and die that way rather than get overtaken by the water. I feel that would have been a more appropriate way for him to go. Kind of come full circle with everything.

Yeah, I could see that working as well, but I think the
water ending was still good. The main thing was that it gave him a chance to be a hero and sacrifice himself instead of others, unlike the war.
