Can anyone tell me the expiration date on the AC:B deal for this week? By my calculations it'd be around the end of January. I'm curious if it'll last for the early-feb Mario Sports deal. Otherwise, I can't think of what I'd use the $20 on. TIA
 
25 dollars for dead space 2 is so awesome....

The only thing I dislike, and its not k marts fault...MVC 3 and lego Clone wars come out same day so you can't use coupons. teh suxors.

I got one right here: Jan 29th.

I have no idea what to use these coupons on either, especially if I pick up a red Wii (which I almost did tonight but passed on it) - have to admit, I much prefered the SYWR credit on that type of deal (especially when the offer is so large like that and so, effectively, can't be used on any game less than full $60 MSRP). I have LPB 2 preordered at Amazon - acutally both the regular and LE (I did the original when it was priced lower and then when they announced the LE I added it to the same order). I have some, uh, discounts on that order so I'm hesitant to cancel them. But if I can get the LE at Kmart and use these coupons + get a coupon in return that might be too tempting.

I did decide to get AC:B, though, even though I got one for $40 from Amazon. I'll have to return that one now - I've never returned anything to Amazon that wasn't defective so I'm not sure how the process works, but it is worth it since I only paid $35 at Kmart + got the $20 coupon in return. The $15 I used on that was the gaming software one which expires in 10 days anyway and unless there are awesome deals next week I had nothing else to spend it on (and if there are, I can use the $20 from AC:B).

Edit: Hmm, OK, I just checked the OP.

I didn't even realize Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded was coming out so soon. I might be able to use the $10 and $20 on that. That still leaves the $50 Wii one (if I get it). I guess that would almost have to go towards LBP 2. The after that, there is LSW III and Mario Sports. I really did expect the train to end right about now, but it may just keep going for a little while ;).

Possibly, but DS2 also has a real Limited Edition as well (the one with the replica plasma cutter). I'm very much hoping that I can get in on that. I may have to PM Stock Boy just in case they get an allotment of them.

It's a strong lineup of deals. Definitely picking up KH:ReCoded from Kmart to get back on the train. But I may have to pass on TDU2, simply because Gamestop's getting the casino with preorder, and that'll be $10 DLC otherwise once the game launches. Anything I'd save on the purchase I'd spend on getting that. Stupid Gamestop...

Ah well. Looking forward to the next year! And I can't imagine the relief Josh will feel once the crazy crunch of Q4 ends.

It looks like my coupon train will continue into the new year. I didn't think it was possible since I didn't have SMAS on my radar. I'm sure that the Golden Sun coupon wouldn't have lasted until LBP2.

Is Kmart going to carry Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together for the PSP? I'm just wondering since I didn't see it in the OP.
 
I tried calling the Gainesville, FL location on about 20 separate occasions in the span of 2 hours. Each time I got a busy signal which I find hard to believe. I was going to ask if they had All-Stars in stock because that K-Mart is a little far out for me and they usually never stock anything in a timely manner.

I just bought it from Bestbuy.

You really can't count on someone being at the electronics section at that particular store. They're good people, but just...I don't know it's Kmart. Had to wait half a hour for electronic guy to show up there once.

I do hope MvC3 SE gets the coupon too!
 
Any sales on Kinect software coming before Xmas? My girl really wants to check out some of the fitness games, YourShape and Zumba mostly, but I dont wanna drop $50 for them or use my valued coupons. Can you work something out Josh?

All coup offers extend to the CE's. Sometimes the CE's will be even more. The only issue is ever if we will carry and how much which at our current state usually isn't much on CE's.
 
With the new MK announcements, any plans on carrying the CE and TE of it. Sucks though that there's no Kmart character, but I'd still grab it at the K.
 
Hey Josh,

I know Kmart carried Plants Vs. Zombies when it came out on the Xbox 360 and you had a $10 coupon offer on it. Any chance you're going to do the same or similar with the DS version coming out Jan. 18th?

Something about PVZ at $20 for the DS is just so tempting.

If you are you just sold me on two copies. I've been on the fence as to if to get my copies from Gamestop or Kmart. Kmart has an awesome Ferrari. The casino DLC is going to be purchasable at some point. Don't know if it's going to be day one or not. But if you could swing a points deal or something Josh I'd be in your debt.

On the 360 we'll have the PC version of TDU (original) included and for the PS3 we'll have TDU PSP included.

Working a coupon on top of that as well.

With all the hype, there's no need for them to be generous.

I haven't bought a console day 1 since the original xbox but I might grab the 3ds if the 3D works. (for me).
 
Wow...just realized that in about 2 months the 3DS will be released in Japan...& probably w/ in a month thereafter in the US.

I need to kick ass & work some overtime & start saving money! :lol:

The only other (new not revision) consoles I bought @ launch was the Wii. Ah the memories...

At the time I was working 5 PM - 1 AM or so & my wife was in school, so I'd wake up in the mornings & drop her off while I went to the computer lab browsing forums & sites searching for new Wii game/system info. I finally got the email that Gamestop was taking preorders the following day.

I woke up @ like 6 am or so & got to the GS about 7 am to get in line to preorder. Only 1 or 2 people ahead of me. It was in the single digits outside or less w/ windchill, I was under dressed, & had a massive headache from only getting a couple of hours of sleep @ most the night before.

All in all it was worth it. I had quite a bit of fun w/ it until I had to sell it about a year ago...but am getting a new red Wii soon.

I will most definitely be getting a 3DS @ launch, & hopefully @ Kmart if the deals are sweet enough & I have coupons...which if past trends are any indication, shouldn't be an issue. :lol:

I was blown away by it at E3; I've never been a handheld fan but this has me intrigued.

ok, this isn't the kind of thing i normally admit out loud, but i actually spit my coffee out so maybe it's worth sharing.
i just now realized 'coup' means coupon. Whenever you had that in your subject line i kept reading it along the lines of 'coup d'etat' -- as in, "Vanquish coup" meant it's a deal so good it's a kmart coup d'etat on the rest of the game retailers!

Does that FNV offer extend to the PC version or console only?

I love this game so much I want to double dip- Best Buy has a deal on Black Ops(xmas gift for brother in law) + FNV PC this week but I'd wait for next week if kmart is going to have a similar or better offer - what you posted is actually better.
