The singer from Coheed & Cambria does look a little odd. But I love that band. Damn good rock n' roll.

I missed it. What's coming out next Tuesday?

Haha, guess what? You know how we were just talking about Coheed and Cambria? Well, this was apparently posted on the Rock Band forums earlier and quickly taken down; someone allegedly saved it, and I'm supposedly presenting it to YOU.

On one hand I would love nothing more than that to be true, on the other I don't wanna wait till the end of OCTOBER to get them :(

Oh and fuck you guys; C&C are awesome and Welcome Home is one of the best tracks in the game.

You want terrible, try most of the bonus songs. They're just sucky. Save for Nightmare & Blood Doll.

Can't let go and flyleaf, 2 of the best songs on the game. Can't get enough of honest bob and the factory to dealer incentives either

I love Welcome Home, and I enjoy playing Ten Speed, but that would still be way too much Coheed and Cambria. It would be nice to see massive packs from "smaller" bands, though.

I really like the last verse of "Welcome Home" but the ratio of repetitive boring parts to awesome rockular parts is too high for me to actively choose to play it.

Seriously! I hated "Can't Let Go" and "I'm So Sick" the first time I heard them, but they slowly grew on me. The Honest Bob and the Factory-to-Dealer-Incentives songs that were in GH are great, but while I don't mind listening to "I Get By", I find it kind of annoying to play.

My favourite bonus song is probably Tribe's "Outside", because the lyrics are awesomely bad.

HE'S AL-READY GONE FOR THE WEEK-END, IN HIS MIIIIIIIIND!

If this is true fuck yeah. It must be true because it was posted by a HMX developer. That will be an instant purchase for me. I'm glad that they are master tracks too.

Also in case people missed it in the announcement, they are going to announce the 20 free RB2 DLC soon.

EDIT: Upon reading the C&C message board its probably fake. fuck.

The date coincides with Neverender, their four night concert series of four of their albums. Sounds very possible to me. I'd be down for it.

of course, it's fake. since when does harmonix talk about dlc that'll be out in october? i mean..rb2 will be out for a month by then. the only times they have given information about something coming out greater than 1 week in advance is when it is reported by someone else first... like how the albums were reported by yahoo.

Holy shit, LAST. Easily one of my favorite Nine Inch Nails songs. fucking awesome. This is the first DLC I've been really excited for since around March/April.

*Edit* - Oh screw you, Courageous!

I'm with you there. I'm picking this up for sure.
Is Welcome Home by Coheed and Cambria not the gayest song ever? fucking sucks.
I can't stand it because the main riff is a rip-off of Kashmir by Led Zepplin. I don't get the hate for Maps either, I don't like their other music but I love that song thanks to having Rock Band. I never heard of them before.

Fair enough (although I don't totally agree). Hope you are not a fan of Rage Against The Machine's "Wake Up."

I don't get the hate for Maps either
Annoying, boring vocals with stupid lyrics, dull guitar part. Not sure what there is to like about it, it's not even catchy despite its awfulness in an I'm-embarassed-to-admit-it way like a Britney Spears tune. If the drum part is amazingly fun like someone mentioned earlier, I guess that's why I'm not sold on it at all. I rarely use the drums.

Indeed, Welcome Home is like a mix of Kashmir and Tetris's Song A. It's got a kind of charm that's unique but not entirely its own. Also throw my name on the pro-Maps side, though I think there are a lot better Yeah Yeah Yeahs songs for Rock Band.

Yes! Shinedown is awesome.

Devour is a really good choice. I don't know what Junkies for Fame is though. I have all the Shinedown albums and it isn't on any of those, huh.

Harmonix keeps rollin' out the NIN love. I'm guessing Trent is more than willing to cooperate in any way to get songs onto RB because he knows the fans want it.

Can't wait til Tuesday.
I wonder if Trent plays Rock Band, and if he does, whether or not he plays all 4 instruments at the same time.
Trent is a gamer and he is probably amazing enough to do so.
I wonder if Trent plays Rock Band, and if he does, whether or not he plays all 4 instruments at the same time.
That made me laugh out loud, and its probably true.

Awesome, another NIN pack!!! I was hoping wish was going to be in this pack but hopefully in a future NIN DLC song or Song pack.
It has nothing to do with "rocking". It's a stupid song with lame lyrics and it's annoying to listen to and boring to play.
You're entitled to your own opinion and that's fine. But after reading your stupid lame comment, all I have to say is.........(audibles) keep your comments to yourself.

Am I the only one who really DOESN'T like NIN? Hand that Feeds is the first song I've actually liked by the band, and none of the new ones seem worth a download.

I'll probably pick up Devour though, it sounds pretty balls.

Only you and Dallow apparently. You both can sit in the kids table.

Whoops, forgot that "I'm So Sick" was a bonus song. Ok, so there's some good in there, but as a whole I really dont like the Bonus content.

And me. Fly Leaf and NIN and Weezer and Radiohead are all G-A-R-B-A-G-E...

This game needs more Muse

The bonus content has Freezepop and Bang Camaro, therefore you are wrong.

I'm in the same boat as you.

I wish Maynard & Co. would do the same with some Tool songs.

I rather get Judith from A Perfect Circle. Great excuse to try and make my friend do the Paz hair tying thing in the middle of a song.

Yeah, Judith would rock. Gravity would be good too, even though it is kind of laid back.
I wish Maynard & Co. would do the same with some Tool songs.
I think every Tool/APC fan wishes he would. They don't even allow iTunes to carry their songs, so I doubt that Rock Band is very high on their list.

Muse is my favorite band, but their sound is nothing more than a fleshed out, cranked up extension of Radiohead. And Bellamy's piano contributions and sonic distortions are reminiscent of Reznor's.

Pay your respects, damn it.

The Live at Leeds songs are a blast on bass.

The rest are just average, though Sea and Sand and Eminence Front are pretty good.
