Thanks to Skube and Oxidative for this coupon. Important things to note-- this will make games ten dollars or under free, but it's advised to buy another item, such as a pack of gum.

This thread is for clearance-- not for sale items. Price reductions for clearance seem to happen on Monday, although not every Monday. Target often donates its older clearance titles to Goodwill stores, so keep that in mind when you're trying to find items. BigDirty: "Further reduction is possible when a game's price ends with 8 cents. However, when it ends in 4 cents it will NOT drop anymore. If it ends in 9 cents, it's just on sale or on a non-clearance reduction."

When posting deals, please include game, system, price, city and state. For example:

Here is a fairly easy way to check your local Target's pricing-- often price tags will not be correct. Thanks to BigDirty for this:
1) Go to Half.com or a similar site. Search for the game to locate its UPC code number. It's in the gray box underneath the box art graphic.
2) Go to UPC Data ,Milk.com , or UPC Database and enter the code so you can print out the UPC. Go to Target and use the price scanners to scan your printouts.

Thanks to Mephitical for this tool for locating clearance titles, which is located here. Go to Amazon or Target to find the item's ASIN. When you find it, replace "B000O3IS48" in the URL with your item's ASIN. This will take you to a page asking you for your zip code. Type in your zip code and click enter-- this will display a list of local stores and whether or not they have your item in stock. YMMV on it working properly.

The lowest known price will be posted. The item could be higher or lower at your store.

Anyone in the Pittsburgh Area seen The Orange Box for 14.98? I've been watching it for weeks at 29.98 and there were at least 3 of them in the case last Wed. Went in tonight and they are all gone. Same with Motorstorm, The Simpsons, and NBA Live 08. They did have The Club marked down to 29.98, NBA 08 was 14.98, March Madness was 12.48 and a bunch of 9.98 NCAA Football 08.

Lair and Orange Box finally dropped locally to 14, so I snagged Lair. I know it isn't Panzer Dragoon, but I've heard good things since the patch came out. Passed on Orange Box, had it on 360 before but would prefer to play it on Live.

In the food section.. snagged some Old Paso soft taco kit dinner thing for $1 and change. Lots of ice cream on clearance as well. Since it looks like Target it getting rid of their Sirius inventory, I hope they're dumb enough to clearance out the prepaid membership cards at some point. Now THAT would rule.

Has anyone seen The Witcher for PC drop yet? Someone a few pages back said their Target dropped it into clearance but no Target near me has done it yet.

Oh and the basketball game on clearance is College Hoops 2K8 for 360. It's down to $15 and I just picked it up. Trying to see if I can wait for another Simpsons/Medal of Honor Airborne drop to get those, even though they're for PS3.

They had some GameCubes for $100 but I didn't consider that a deal.

If you don't have a 360 or a PC, then buy it. Every game in that package is awesome and you should own it no matter which system you have.

My local store didn't have that much worth mentioning. They still had one copy of NBA 07 PS3 for $15, MoHAA PS3 for whatever the 50% price is. Only a few decent things, none of which had hit 75% off yet. They did drop The Club PS3 to $29.98 and had like 8 copies, so I might bite if it drops to $14.98 (although I'd prefer it for 360).

The only thing I picked up was a lone copy of the first GRAW (360) for $7.48, because I've never played it.

Between the one guy who runs a flea market stand here hitting the Sears and cleaning up anything that's left behind from the one ex Target employee that the current employees told me grabs everything from the electronics section, I'm just kind of disheartened to even try finding anything on clearance at either store anymore. Plus, my one local Kmart which I was able to pick clean at my leisure has had a sudden change in work ethic, since they clearly marked all clearance games now.

Oh and for anyone who may want Genji for PS3 but can't find it at Target for $15 or so, Kmart also has it on clearance and it should be down to $15-20 by now.

For those wondering about The Orange Box (PS3) due to the bugs or reading through the reviews, don't read through the reviews anymore as they were written before the patch came out and fixed all of the problems. Lag is gone, TF2 is playable. How can you NOT buy the game at $15? That's $3 a game! At $30, I'd be all over that. I paid $40 the 2nd week the game was out and I'm more than happy with the purchase. It's only you're loss if you pass over it.

The Witcher: To the poster wandering about the Witcher on clearance, I saw it at my local Target for $24.99 a few weeks back but I never went back to see if there was another drop in price. It seems it is being cleared out.

I was glad to get Lair for $14 new. Also, Targets all over Atlanta have giant stacks of Guitar Hero III face-plates for $3.74. I picked up the birds-eye maple wood-grain.

Best Buy has eliminated at least 1-2 faceplates(stickers really) that I know of. One of them is the fluorescent yellow and hot pink Sex Pistols one that fits the Les Paul guitar.

I had 2-3 of those at one point, but sold them to a local shop for .25 each, which they proceeded to put on the shelf for $1 each.

Either way, I may try out my Target today, but chances are if the games being mentioned here received the drop to 75% off at my local stores, they're LONG GONE around here now.

Denton, Tx Target (Loop-288) had an Artic Tale Wii and 1 copy of MOAA but for 2x.xx, Tony Hawks proving ground is the other one i believe i saw for PS3. On 360 they had The Bigs and Forza 2 for 2x.xx, can't remember exact numbers but do remember them being in $20+. I did not scan them though but sticker said $2x.xx

I didn't see Boogie for Wii in the OP anywhere but I keep seeing it mentioned here. What's the cheapest anyone has gotten it? My store has a ton of Wii and PS2 versions, but last time I checked only the PS2 version was clearanced.
