This thread is for clearance-- not for sale items. Price reductions for clearance seem to happen on Monday, although not every Monday, but could also occur any day of the week depending on your store's price change team. Target often donates its older clearance titles to Goodwill stores, so keep that in mind when you're trying to find items. BigDirty: "Further reduction is possible when a game's price ends with 8 cents. However, when it ends in 4 cents it will NOT drop anymore. If it ends in 9 cents, it's just on sale or on a non-clearance reduction."

When posting deals, please include game, system, price, city and state. For example:
Debbie Does Skywalker, Xbox 360, $4.98
Mesa, AZ Power Road at Superstition Springs

Here is a fairly easy way to check your local Target's pricing-- often price tags will not be correct. Thanks to BigDirty for this:
1) Go to Half.com or a similar site. Search for the game to locate its UPC code number. It's in the gray box underneath the box art graphic.
2) Go to UPC Data ,Milk.com , or UPC Database and enter the code so you can print out the UPC. Go to Target and use the price scanners to scan your printouts.

Thanks to Mephitical for this tool for locating clearance titles, which is located here. Go to Amazon or Target to find the item's ASIN. When you find it, replace "B000O3IS48" in the URL with your item's ASIN. This will take you to a page asking you for your zip code. Type in your zip code and click enter-- this will display a list of local stores and whether or not they have your item in stock. YMMV on it working properly.

The lowest known price will be posted. The item could be higher or lower at your store.

LMAO! First of all Ive posted a GRAND TOTAL of twice about me specifically hiding ONE game. The other posts were retorts (including this one) to someone saying something about it. So nice job on the hyperbole there.

Secondly, the world would be a MUCH better place if the most "selfish" thing someone did was hide a game or two so they could buy it at a cheaper price point.

saw timeshift and american idol but they rang up full price... this target is usually on the ball with prices, also saw a as-is gta4 for 42.01 and heres a new one NBA Ballers: Chosen One 41.98 for ps3 (no 360 versions around)

Honestly, I'd be doing some of that myself, if not for former Target employees, flea market assholes and other CAGs grabbing anything flip worthy before I can get to them.

no i sold each one to blockbuster for 15 each and made 105 but i used 28 out of pocket to buy them so i only made 77 but have 105 on my giftcard

ill agree last yrs version is crap with all the glitches but this yrs looks awesome with the new features and personally i could careless who missed out on the deal cuz i bought 7 of them (there are another 10k stores in america there are bound to be more available)

The only time I've bought a copy of a Madden game in the past 10 years was when I bought 2004 from Gamestop for PS2 for $.99. I ended up not even playing it and I traded it to a buddy of mine for his near complete 'AO' copy of San Andreas, which I knew I'd actually play.

The only time I play sports games anymore is when I go over said buddies house and then, it's usually a couple hours of some WWE game on the PS2.

Heads up, Orange Box may drop VERY soon. There were many copies behind the case the other day, when the tag on the shelf said "NCF-Orange Box" but today they were all gone. Possibly taken to the back room to be re-tagged? I could be wrong, but with this being the last week to use the coupon, I sure hope I'm not!

I saw KR American Idol Encore for $35 out in Elmhurst, NY and bought one there I think there was one left [might have been the Wii version because it was at the bottom of the case next to some other Wii stuff]... Also saw some Soldier of Fortune Payback but were ringin up $41.98 so I passed on em...

I got it to work on a Gamecube which I picked up for clearance price of $24.98-$5.00 toy coupon = $19.98+tax or $21.xx for a BRAND NEW GAMECUBE !

Cashier had to manually do the coupon since the Gamecub was technically $24.98 or $.02 cents less than the minimum $25.00 purchase price !

Funny thing is after tax it was like $26.xx and he was like "Stupid computer, It says $26.xx right there so duhh...that is more than $25.00 !!" Then he said, "so you are going to make me do this the hard way eh ?" and he manually made the coupon work for the $5.00 off ! I was like, you rock dude !!

Anyways, any day you can get a brand new plantinum gamecube for $21.xx after tax is a GREAT CAG DAY !! :applause:

no it was the edgewater one... so the new 360 drops are Timeshift, American Idol,& Soldier Of Fortune right? o and the ESA bundle... gotta keep my eyes on these as they get lower in price... also if some1 gets a chance check NBA Ballers the 360 version since the ps3 appears to be on clearance
 
Picked up TimeShift for $17 after coupon, would have waited it out to drop, but only 2 copies left. Saw a ton of American Idol's and thats about it.

Well I'll check the Jersey City one tomorrow and report back here but I only really look at the 360 games as my PS3 has been turned into a Blu-Ray player until MGS4 comes out...

ESA Bundle went down in price? It has been NCF since like January so dunno if that will ever go down in price... Just like how Star Wars PSPs are NCF...

yea the ESA was reported as $15 by someone in the $10 off thread (or this one i forgot) so that would be $5 with coupon but the North Bergen target has never had them and the edgewater one had one a week ago but when i went today it was gone... that would be a great find, and last i remember there was a pink battery in edgewater but it was still 8.xx... and i didn't look for it today so idk if it's still there (going back monday for timeshift so i'll look then)...

the edgewater one is on river road, and i havent been to those 2 targets in a while but i have time thursday and will probably be going to the fairfield and clifton targets

I also saw several copies of Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3 (Game Boy Advance) at the $20.98 price point. I didn't see this in the OP and thought it was worth noting.

I was at the Clifton one on Friday looking for cards [which they didnt have any of] but as far as games go I don't remember any 360 games that were on clearance but they had a few Twilight Princess GC for $15... And a whole bunch of Game Guides

Target (Independence and Antioch Mall, MO) clearance price are still high for most of the games still $30 & UP. I'll wait till next week hope it drop down.

I would probably bite at $30, but my Target just marked it at $41.xx and with only two copies, I'm not holding out too much hope.

Also saw Soldier of Fortune for the 360 at $41.xx for the first time in PA.
 
I think the original price was $50 and I saw it last week for $30 and this week $15, it will be tough to pass up on, it got a 6.5 from Gamespot
 
Got the 360 Holiday Pack for 5 dollars.

It contains:

Cars
Open Season
Fusion Frenzy

Marked from 30 down to 15. Used the 10 off and got it for 5. If I was buying more stuff I would have used the 5 off toys coupon, but I only bought the game and a couple things, so I didnt want to push it.
