ah man i was looking for this thread last week in the wrong section.. oh well since my brackets have all gone to hell this year.. especially with the georgetown losing in the 1st rd and nova getting beat today

If Kansas loses this game, stick a fork in me. Not too bad so far (lost my 3rd sweet 16 team today), but Kansas is my champion.
 
If every single game of mine from this point on is correct, the best I can hope for is 2nd. Scenario Tracker is great.

Another year, another bracket busted. I honestly believe at this point my random bracket is going to do better than this one. That's just sad.

I had Kansas in the national title game.

The leading bracket in our group is now only worth a possible 120. Looks like there's a few that are worth possibly 160+, but that's if Syracuse wins it all. With KU out, it's a crapshoot since they were heavily favored.
 
I'm at 158 possible points, I don't think a single person has an intact final four. I just need my bracket to hold. Cmon Syracuse!
 
I have never seen such a wild March Madness. I usually do pretty good in bracket competitions but this is ridiculous. Doesn't bother me though I I loke the excitement of upsets. Now if KY could lose I'd be a very happy man.

northern iowa could pull off a major upset and make it to the championship game with duke and win I would come in first (it will never happen)

I have never felt so good about being a homer and picking Ohio St. to come out of the midwest. Still have all four of my final four teams!
 
That last three pointer was awesome. I think that my Michigan State pick is looking better every day :bouncy:.

Yeah, I had Nova and Kansas in the FF and Kansas winning it all. I have no chance now. This year was just a big pick 'em in general though.
 
Kansas has freed us all to cheer for whomever we want. Yay?

PPS: I originally had Syracuse winning it all, but changed in the last minute to Kansas due to that injured Syracuse player. I think I need some dark horse to win it all now so that nobody gets the 32 points for the championship. Go Georgia Tech!
 
I had Kansas losing in the Elite Eight, so I'm not too worried. Everyone on my brackets at work had them winning except three or four people. Luckily I have Syracuse winning the whole thing...so hopefully they at least get there.

I got ya one better. I'm from Ohio AND a Buckeyes fan, so I almost was a homer and picked OSU who now look like they might have a breezy shot. Also, I originally picked Kentucky out of their region instead of WVU. Kentucky looks stronger than anyone in the tourney right now and OSU has the best shot of getting out of their region. Mother fucker.
 
I actually have west Virginia in the finals, so if Syracuse loses in the regional finals and West Virginia makes it to the finals, I might be looking pretty good.
 
Well I'm done. All the favorites I picked to go far lost and all the favorites I picked to lose early all won. Here's to next year! :beer:
 
Can you imagine if Gus Johnson had been calling the Mich St/Maryland game? He would've creamed in his pants at the 6.6 second mark when Maryland went up one and then he would've probably died of a stroke after the game winning 3. It would've been the single greatest call in the history of mankind.
 
Wow @ Cornell. And even more wow at the MSU vs. Maryland game! My bracket is already busted unless somelike like Northern Iowa or Tennessee wins the championship lol.

P.S. Does anybody else think the ncaa.com streaming of all the games live is the greatest idea ever? I would love to see this happen in the NFL. Hell, I'll even pay a few bucks a month, especially since I am a Cleveland fan living in Cincinnati. Much better than the overpriced cable and satellite sports packages.

*Edit* Hooray! Now, about that Purdue upsetting Duke choice...

Just looked at my bracket last year. Last year I had 13/16 sweet sixteen picks. This year, 8/16 :(
 
Even though I'm ranked 129, I still have a shot at 1st place. I still have my Final Four in place minus Kansas. So if West Virginia, Baylor, and Syracuse make it to Indy with Syracuse over Baylor in the Title game. Whatever else happens happens. Great tournament so far.

well best i can finish is 17th, but in all likely hood im looking at somewhere in mid 50s or 60s. but its all good, this years tourney has been so good i dont even care.
 
Wow. I'm tied for first at the moment. I have a feeling it won't stay that way after the next set of games, but as of now I'm happy with my picks.
 
I know that we all have our brackets and we are in it for games/money/world domination....

But who isn't rooting for Cornell, St. Mary's, or Northern Iowa?
 
I definitely am rooting for the underdogs. Now that my bracket is pretty much trash, I am free to root for whomever I want, not the team that helps me most :)
