What? It's readily apparent the show is from the 90's. I dont' know how you could attempt to argue it does not look dated. I think it still looks great, but the age is obvious.

The dub in Eva does not suck. It's pretty decent.

Cameron. 8-) But honestly, it's a good movie because it's well acted and the world is believable. You end up caring about the CGI blue natives, which I really did not expect to do.

Will probably end up watching it 3 times at theaters. :)

I thought the guerilla maid was one of the best parts heh. But yeah, Black Lagoon is IMO severely overrated. It's got some cool action and is definitely watchable, but has no depth. Worth watching but forgettable.

I am quite pumped for this movie. And reviews are rolling in and they are all positive. 100% at Rotten Tomatoes so far :) Opening weekend IMAX 3D, oh yes 8-)

Perfect Blue is great. Paprika was ok, enjoyed the music and visuals. Gotta disagree. Blood: The Last Vampire is awesome by its sheer virtue of action brilliance. Story was bad, but you won't care when the slashing commences. Blood+ is watchable, but just barely. It's charming at first...

The Song of Roland. Gruesome battle scenes aplenty which would render very well into anime. I'm thinking a melding of Berserk, Blood: The Last Vampire and End of Evangelion for the visual style and action. Fast, smooth, modern action with serious style. Definitely want a somewhat surreal...
