None of that makes any sense. They have one refurb location, ONE. It stays busy and doesn't need any sort of quota sent to stores or districts to stay busy. Either you did not fully understand how things work or were given bad information or both.

You are supposed to put all the tiv toward the pre-order. That is how the promotion is worded. It is ymmv if the store actually does this. Most stores will happily take just $5 toward one of the e3 titles and let you do as you please with the rest of the credit.

Two of my local stores said they have them in their systems after their most recent computer updates. They said they had not heard anything about taking them for trades yet but that they are showing up in their computers now. I dunno....but expect it to be coming.

It goes against the person you cancel with. FYI cancelling reserves frequently is a surefire way to get yourself on the shitlist. It is much better to purchase and return, however if the employee is following procedure they can not immediately return a reserve pickup. I would suggest...
