This is probably why he stole the waitress' memory power. Also does anybody else think radiation guy is the cause of the immanent explosion, maybe Claire is the only one who could take him out ala wolverine in the last stand? It'd be really cool if she gets blown up and all her chunks merge back together.

I do think that it is that guy that goes nuclear as the drawing in the last episode showed a guy fully flamed on.

And as for her regenerating that far, I doubt it, as it's shown that any damage to the brain would stop her regenerative abilities.

So they just happen to get their powers thanks to evolution?
At least the show is picking up the pace but lacking action.
The whole Jessica/Niki thing is getting real lame. Now they are sisters?
The flying guy (forget his name) is turning out to be a pretty ugly character. ..very Dr. Doomy.

I still like the show but its starting to get a little wishy washy.

Jessica/Niki thing i could do without.
I'm not sure what is up with Sylar now. Does he eat brains or what? It seemed like he could tell when someone had powers - but that contradicts last weeks episode when he thought the other cheerleader had powers.

I think Sylar stole a copy of that "heroes" list from the professor. I thought he killed the other girl cause she was there but I could be wrong.

After watching last week's ep. i figured Sylar stole the heroes list, but he couldn't tell who was a mutant himself.

Supporting points :

-He didnt kill Hiro in the resturant.
-He didn't seem to be concerned with Claire at the high school. He prob saw the newspaper stuff about the other cheerleader. Though we didn't know it yet - apparently claire's name was taken off the list anyway based on tonights.

Then tonight we see Sylar detecting something in the telekinetics head. Maybe he is just nuts and thinks he sees something?
 
Man, I hope the hero they kill off next week is Niki. I just want her to go away. And I still wanna see Claire do double-anal.
 
I think Sylar will probably end up getting radiation man's power some how and that the heroes will have to stop him from blowing up NYC. I'm completely lost with Nikki's story. So she had a sister that was killed by their father but some how her sisters conscience has manifested in Nikki. WTF? were they at least twins? I was cool with the fact that she could have an alternate personality that has super strength but now this "sister" backstory is just stupid.

I don't think Sylar detected anything in the telekinetic. I think he was realizing that he could kill him and take his powers and be "special" like he has always wanted to be.

Ah, things just clicked into place for me while I was making dinner. We have evidence that Hiro's girlfriend had a brain anuerism and he wished to cure it. When he came back to the present he said two clues that really stuck in my mind; "I went forward, backward, I coudn't save her," and "I didn't teleport back, I took the bus." Those coupled with the fact that Hiro will be on Scrubs on thursday made too much sense.

He's going to take his girlfriend to Scrubs to try to save her.

we should just start a claire shrine, and yes they need to kill of nikki, this whole nikki and dl story does not really fit into the main storyline.

That's what I was thinking. Either that, or he somehow injects the DNA from other people with special abilities.

Note how he said he can "look at things" and figure out how they work...what's wrong with them and how to fix them. Now if the brain contains the "mechanism" that enables a super to have their power, then I'm thinking Sylar looks into their brain to figure out what switches to flip and then turns on the power in his own brain. My $.02 and I expect change ;)

Finally, an explaination that makes sense.. That's why he opens up their heads and obtains their brains. He studys the brain like a watch and figures out how their powers manifests. Good work mzbagel
 
Doesn't Niki's son Micha(sp?), have the same abilities as Sylar then because he disected his laptop and fixed that broken payphone, or is his power all about electronics?

I think Niki's son is like Forge in the X-men comics. Sylar, somehow he can figure out how the other "heroes" powers manifest in their brains and by studying them obtain their power by altering his brain. Unfortunately, I think he needs to remove his victims brain in order to figure it out.

Is that waitress that Hiro fell in love with ever gonna come back into the story? I'm not sure why the writers even put her in the story in the first place.

I agree with everyone .. hopefully it is Nikki that gets killed off. Her storyline is stupid and annoying. She doesnt even have a power per se. She's just crazy.
 
i hope nikki dies. claire is way hotter. this last episode was really laking except for the hiro part because that was actually continuing last weeks episode.

does anyone think that people are going to turn into "good guys" and "bad guys" a la x-men and brotherhood. i can see how some of these crazy kids are heading into different directions.

Yeah, she's not half-bad. I just watched "Brick" the other night, and she was pretty cute in that movie, too.
