Still waiting for them to say they got my rebate forms.
Same here... How long has it been for you? I'm still waiting and nothing comes up when I use the rebate inquiry link.

I'm getting a little concerned since it's been about 2-weeks and other CAGs have posted that PG reports back to you (with emails) within 1-week that they recieved your forms.

I don't know about that. I just got my first e-mail confirmation that they were received and I sent those rebates in at least 1 month ago. This definately is not a quick process.

Hey if my rebate formed expired but I have yet to do a review, can I click on the rebate form again and get a new form?

I didn't get an email, but it showed up on the webrebate site about 2am last night.

I sent in 14 at once, in a manila envelope. In about two weeks, I got emails for nine of them.

I thought the rest might have been denied for some reason, and was prepared to sort through the emails to figure out which ones made it through. I put it off because it was going to be tedious.

Then, two weeks after I got the first set of emails, I got emails for the rest of the forms I sent in.

Whatever. Still waiting for the checks.

So I decided to look through my games and receipts and see what I could get rebates for. It turns out, I'm eligible for about $1300 in Pricegrabber rebates. Time to start writing reviews. :)

Im really glad you said that. I was terribly curious just how much you might qualify for with your, er, large expendatures.

Too funny.

I think I should probably do my meager < $100 worth of reviews/rebates soon then... before you bankrupt PG.

I'm planning on sending in about 15-20 every week from here on out. I just sent 14 in on Saturday. It's going to be a little strange taking 260 $5 checks to the bank though.

So what was the deal with the LIMITED EDITION Jade Empire? The picture shows the L.E. version but the UPC is for the regular version.
Hey if my rebate formed expired but I have yet to do a review, can I click on the rebate form again and get a new form?
From the Pricegrabber Rebate FAQ:

Q. I forgot to send in for my PriceGrabber bonus and now the offer has expired. If I send it in late, will I be able to get my bonus?

A. If the last eligible postmark date has passed, your submission will not qualify. PriceGrabber bonus offers are carefully planned for specific timeframes. They are special because they are not offered all the time. Watch for future offers on other products, check the dates and apply promptly.

I've gone through about $800 worth of these PG Rebates, I received 2 random e-mails from them saying they got my submission...

About 55 rebates are out right now, all the others came back and only 1 wasn't honored.

They said I didn't put a UPC in the envelope. (I'm sure I did)

Haven't decided if its worth figuring out if I can resubmit. I probably will, and if anyone's interested I'll post about my experience.

I have a bunch of games I've ordered through EBgames.com that have these rebates. Which is better to include with them as the "receipt/invoice"? The confirmation you get directly after paying for them (and shows up in email) or the slip that comes with the games when they arrive at your house?

i mailed 21 rebates at the beginning of july, just checked the webrebates page and found 20 of them confirmed (received on 7/21). i'll be using the rebates to get Guitar Hero for PS2, woo

*still waiting for rebates*

Sent em in like around late June or early July also.

How do you find out if your rebates have been confirmed or not?

Look at the first page of this topic and at the bottom is a link to check the status of your rebates. If it doesn't show up they have yet to process it or haven't received it yet.

Packing slip would be better than the emailed confirmation, though I believe the confirmation has worked for people in the past.

All my Ebgames.com purchases were submitted with a Order History screen prinout.
They all say accepted on Pricegrabber rebate status page(Only see 22 of the 24 i sent, but dont know what is up with that)

Thank you both. :) I've been doing shipping labels except with ones I bought a long while ago, those I used the order history page for.

What does "Required Service Period" mean?

I never got the confirmation emails from PG (like some CAGs have reported getting when PG recieves your forms). But when I checked the status at the website, I was able to check my account and status. It took about 3-weeks for it to finally show (I sent it mid-July).

This is what it says on my account:
Your rebate has completed the first 3 of 5 steps
A check request for $5.00 is being processed.

1) Mail Submission
2) Processing
3) Required Service Period
4) Check Approved
5) Check Mailed
What does "Required Service Period" mean?
It means you need to wait a month before they send it. Maybe more. But you're locked in, so just sit back and enjoy your life.

Is there a way to print out an order history page from EBGames.com with only printing it out on one page? I have tried it a few ways (landscape view, smaller magnifying) and I can't seem to print it out on one page.

If people are wondering why rebates take so long, it's because they're usually outsourced to another company who processes and confirms them. Then the company pays the rebate amounts processsed for that period of time to the rebate company and then the rebate company sends you the rebate.
WTF, I sent in 7 rebates and they only show up 3 on there...
Did you send them in bundled or separate? Same kind of crap has happened to me on three occasions. Whenever I send in multiples in the same envelope my status page is always missing a few. You might try resubmitting them if you still have the form and the postmark date hasn't expired.

Also, I've had much better luck sending them in one at a time. But most people seem to report 100 percent success no matter what so who knows what's going on. From personal experience I just send them in individually. Cost a tad more but seems to work out better.

Damn it's too late already. I sent em in like 1 and a half month ago already. I sent them in 3 envelopes, 3 in 2 envelopes, and 1 in one envelope.

Sent in about 34 rebates all at once... I'm getting I believe $170 back, they just posted on the rebate website today and they are all on step 3 out of 5.

Now that I know it works, time to send out another $30 dollars or so :D

I just checked my email and I remember that I got 7 email confirmation from the site but all 7 were the same as the first 3. I'm not sure if this is a site error or not, but I hope it is because I want my $35 :)

I hate to cut off UPC from the game & Send actual receipt. I wonder pricegrabber take photocopy for both of them or not ??

Thanks for your input !!

It says right on the rebate form that you have to send a photocopy of the receipt and can do either for the UPC.

my checks have finally been processed and are going to be shipped out in about 3 weeks. i sent my rebates at the beginning of july, so it's a pretty lengthy process

not sure if you can use for these rebates...
I won a few games on ebay and was wondering would that work on getting a rebate from pricegrabber?
Yes.

Just got 12 more confirmations today. I'm milking these guys something FIERCE.

I got like 35 checks in the mail last saturday. I think I mailed them out around the end of June. Then the rest of the past week a couple have been coming in here and there. I think i sent like 45 total, still have some I need to mail out lying around too.

Should I just print out the page of the winning ebay auction and then just sent that in with the upc?

Got 15 confirmations on Friday, so I should be getting these in mid September. I can't wait. Now to see if I've got any more games that I can get rebates for.

They seem to be getting a little slow on processing the rebates. I got my first batch in under a month back in like May. Now I have some that have been in "required service period" for a month or two now. One has been in their records since May 18.

argh, anyone know if there's some secret way to get a $5 bonus for Killer 7 (GC)?

they have one for PS2 but not for GC. the site is weird cause if i search a game through keywords, it wont show a link for the $5 bonus. but if i browse by going through the list, it'll list a bonus link. thought that maybe there's a hidden $5 bonus link for the GC version

There either wasn't an offer, or it has been filled up since it was offered. There's no way to get that offer after it fills it's quota. You'll just have to see if there's any others that you can get rebates for.

Thanks to the person that started this thread... I'm printing some forms out now. Did want to mention, though... at the bottom of this one I just printed, it says you are limited to 5 submissions per calendar month? I see a lot of you talking about sending in 15 or 20 at a time... so I assume this regulation is either a) invalid? or b) new? Can someone let me know?

You're right this seems to be newly added. I just downloaded a new form and it has that 5 limit thing. All my old pricegrabber forms didn't have this.
