hey guys,

i want to cut my hair today. but ive been having itchy scalp. i dont know what it is. i think its eczema or something (ive had eczema on the neck before in 2007).

anyway, the area where it itches is oily and sticky. also i can peel off some of the scalp in the area where it itches.

anyway my real question is... are barbershops ok with servicing people with scalp conditions? i mean im ok with going to the barbershop. im not embarrassed at all, but at the same time, im worried that they might think that i will infect their equipments or something, and i fear that they will be disgusted by me lol..

and happy birthday Mak! lol..
$1400? That's absurd.
I dunno, that seems pretty good for a 55" 3D LED.

Unless there's something I'm completely unaware of, of course.

Went out last night. Had fun with one blonde. Had a serious conversation with another blonde. Enjoyed texting with a third blonde. And then a fourth blonde ruined my mood by texting me out of the blue and starting shit when she heard I went out.

Evening turned out quite strange.

Oh, happy birthday, Mak!
You're living with a married couple and they make you help them fix the house?
No, Jim and is his wife is divorced, but the wife owns the house and Jim has to pay her rent.
Sears' GCs work at K-Mart, I would assume that they also go the other way as well.
They do, and using the GC at sears would be our first choice. Clothes at Kmart are cheaper, however. At least for some of the onesize/sleeper packs we're looking for.

Looks like we might have a wedding venue picked out.

If we have it in April, and book 10 months before (yes, risky, I know), we can get everything for 14,715.00.

By far the cheapest of all the places we looked so far.

made this to go on a pumpkin but couldn't find any tall ones. maybe someone else is interested?
So, now that I'm moving, I need to buy a TV. I'm thinking of getting this one: http://www.amazon.com/LG-Infinia-55LW5600-55-Inch-LED-LCD/dp/B004OOVIHW

Any advice/thoughts?
I own that exact model. It's been down to ~1200 a couple of times, and even price glitched for just over $600 once at Best Buys.

If you want to avoid the active glasses headache it's a fantastic option.

The magic motion remote is great for browsing amazon streaming, hulu, netflix . . . Etc.

The wireless N dongle is also included, which is nice.

LG has surprised me with how aggressive they are with firmware updates. They've addessed every concern I've had.

However, I would still shop around for a better price.

Happy birthday mak

What is that exactly?
About how much is it to mail a game first class with delivery confirmation? 3 bucks?
It's about $2.09 . I usually ship first class with the weight set to 5 oz and delivery confirmation. Pay through paypal and then print out the labels at work.
That seems steep.

Two weeks ago, I picked up a 51" Samsung 3D Plasma for $899, and it came with 2 pair of 3D glasses.

This one:
Sean is right. You can find better deals pr. The next couple weeks should see the tv deals explode. I am waiting for a deal on a sixty inch for less than 1100.

Black Friday is almost here...at least wait to see what's up then.
Thanks for all the feedback, guys. I'm definitely going to wait for the Black Friday ads to leak before I jump on anything, so I'm really hoping for some fantastic deals. From what I've read, LED is the way to go, and that particular LG series is supposedly quite good. If anyone has any information that refutes that LED is best, that info would be helpful.

Casey (or anyone else), if you see anything in the that size/price range, can you post it here? I'm definitely looking to get the best deal possible for something in the 50+ inch range, so any leads would be awesome.

Holy Cow! My 32GB Touchpad just shipped from HP...I had almost given up hope!

Anyone know the websites on how to speed it up and stuff like that?

83, look up the slickdeals thread for the touchpad. Should be in hot deals forum. I'd look it up but I'm on my phone right now. It has a comprehensive list of sites to visit for all of that info.

Watched Colombiana. It was pretty good. Didn't like the ending too much though.

g'mornin OTT. Finally have a day off with nothing to do until hockey at 10pm. I feel like I should clean and do laundry.
Then she can fix us all sandwiches.
I haven't had breakfast yet though. She can fix you sandwiches, she can fix me waffles.
You could do my laundry if you want.
screw you, I *hate* laundry. The only thing I hate more are dishes. I'd rather scrub the bathrooms at work than fold laundry.
Then she can fix us all sandwiches.
This I'd do, as long as you provide the sandwich makings. Being gluten free, I don't keep stuff in the house to make sandwiches. Mostly because gluten free bread tastes like rotten dog ass and costs $8/small loaf
And take my kids to a birthday party?
The kind where you drop them off, or the kind where you need to stay with them?
I haven't had breakfast yet though. She can fix you sandwiches, she can fix me waffles.
Again, screw you. If I can't eat waffles, neither can you.
Sandwiches for everyone!
As I said, I'd be down with making sandwiches if you guys supply the sandwich makings. I'm gluten free and many brands of cold cuts use wheat to bind them.

Let's see laundry to fold, dishes to do and the lawn possbily to mow. What a fun Sunday.
No sandwhiches. Had subway for dinner last night. Although at $5 for a footlong, could do that again.

No, it will be Spicy Orange Beef for lunch and possibly Chipolte Pepper chicken for dinner. (All made with spice packets)

Trip to the grocery store, bathe the kids and maybe back to playing Darksiders by 9:30.
What do you think of those shitty The Thing reviews?
I actually havent checked them yet. I was planning on going to see it yesterday but wound up getting a call for a gig.

Since missing the opening day is the kiss of death for movies for me I wont actually see it until I can netflix. So I will check the reviews today and see what people are saying, then come back here and say....

I told you so.
So when can i get my sandwich?
Now. In Saugerties. Good luck with that.

I also made Shepard's Pie.

Switched back to Chrome after getting fed up with Firefox turning back into a memory hog with constant freezing. I'd be more interested in staying with Chrome if AdBlock Plus weren't shit or let me sync filters between browsers.
What do you think of those shitty The Thing reviews?
I havent seen it yet, but I thought reviews got a lot better ever since release day? I remembered reading several average/bad reviews during Friday but hearing a lot of good reviews about it yesterday and today.

^ :nottalking: Its sacrilege that you omitted peas.

Walking Dead, IRT Deadliest Roads, and Boardwalk Empire tonight. For now however I'm content watching my Treehouse of Horror collection.

EDIT: Zachary Quinto is gay? Not that it matters. My gaydar must be broken - it hadn't even occured to me he was gay ... or that my best friend in high school was gay for that matter.

I *hate* peas. Also, it's ground turkey instead of beef/lamb. Just because I'm lazy and didn't go to the supermarket.
