K guyz here's my homework schedule that I've planned out for the weekend. I figure no one gives a shit but I'm going to type it out anyway to make sure I stay on task, as I have a lot to do this weekend.

Friday: Stat assignment (done), finishing reading book for history project (done), study stats, study accounting

Saturday: Do history project, study accounting, start reading for history homework

Sunday: Finish history project, study accounting, finish reading history homework, do any other misc. shit that's due later in the week if I have the time

I'll be ready in a couple hours. This'll pop my WoW cherry since I have never played before. So bear with me if there are some teething issues.

It's funny that Blood Elves don't have a tank class.

Anyway, I'll let you guys decide servers because I've never played before so don't know the deal. Justs end me a PM when you decide.

Also, I got my Wii tioday. I took pictures but I can't host it on account of Comcast closing my accounts. I've registered for image shack but haven't gotten the damn confirmation email to authenticate the new account. Once I do I'll link the pictures of the prize.

I worked with a couple of guys that played it. I was getting interested in it. The one told me that its not a game its dedication. Unless you can spend at least 2 hours a night playing you might as well not buy it.

That's pretty much a lie.

The only time you need to dedicate some time to it is when you're doing an instance, and most people who work M - F do them on the weekends.

I've had to update like 50 billion times so far. I think I'm on the last one... updating Burning Crusade now.

I think we decided that the server was gonna be Narthziezmezim. Or something. Damn WoW has weird, unpronounable names.

I'll have the same name as I do on here.
 
I know theres going to be people on these boards looking for me later, so this post is to let them know where I be.

I spent three hours installiing last night. From 8 to 11. It took an hour and a ha;f just to install WoW, the Burning Crusade, and the account setup.

Wow, those guys should be hired by Blizzard's PR department :roll:

They're full of shit, I have absolutely no set play schedule at all. Some weeks I only play for 2 hours total. The rested XP bonus is how Blizzard gets casual people to play without having to grind out playing every night.

Most of that for me, came from the patches... didn't have to go through account setup, just unfroze my account ;) Gotta see if my two 60's on the packed servers so I can transfer them over if it's possible.

ANOTHER update!!!

This one is only 2 mb though.

THIS IS THE SLOWEST ONE OF ALL HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE

I know. After sixty seconds I quit their uploader and downloaded it from gamespot. Do that. You'll be done in less than two mins.

The two 500 mb patches, and the other 200 mb one downloaded extremely fast.

This 2 mb one has like... clobbered my system or something.

I just moved from 50% to 82% between this post and my last one.

Arg, I want to get this done to see if I can get the free transfer for my characters (probably not) and install CT_Mod.
 
Actually, make it on Onyxia.... because Onyxia is badass and there is only one O server ;)

None of my characters on Durotan can be transferred over...ugh.

EDIT: Don't really need CT_Mod after all... now that they finally included self casting, non scrolling quest descriptions, and other fun stuff.

Isn't it awesome? It got a little scuffed up because I just had to play in the street with the kids next door. They have about eight foster kids so we can almost play a game with full teams. :D

I just got a 54" basketball goal from Target on clearance for 60 bucks since the box was beat to shit (it was 75 percent off, so it was originally 230). Hopefully when I put it together tomorrow it is in decent shape.

Also I got my eye on a foosball table there. It was 80 or 90, but they had 6 and if it dropped again it would be worth getting.

Tomorrow I am going to go guitar searching before I go over to my girlfriends. If I can get one for 50 it would be nice to learn on (especially since I have to see if I can play right handed since I am left handed).

Anyone know any good science fiction thriller type kinda books about pandemics and plagues and stuff? Could someone please recommend me one? I wanna read a book about some crazy, gruesome, deadly plague set in modern times or the future or something.

Try to track down the War woiith the Chotorr series. It's not about a plague, but about earth being terraformed by aliens. It was written by David Gerrold, who also wrote "The Trouble with Tribbles."

And with that, my second week at Comast is finished.

Not too bad of a day: got paid and it is Friday after all.

Tomorrow I'm off to a car dealership to look at a car (new '06 Pontiac G6 GT, fully loaded), and Sunday is my birthday. I figure getting a new car would be a cool enough gift to myself.

Speaking of stuff I picked up FF11 for the PS2 complete with the hard drive for the low low low price of $9.90 at Toys R Us a few weeks ago. Now... what can I do with this nice hard drive? :D
