Damn it...I am way to excited to get my damn xbox back. UPS scanned it this morning and its in "out for delivery" status since 4:42 this morning.

Now we play the waiting game.

I try to every day if I'm not too tired.
Apparently when Moxio made his 360 a man, he became a man himself, which is slightly refreshing and also scary

Although the cool point he got for making a funny gets erased for not mentioning me.

Hey guys, you can buy XBL subscriptions off of your actually xbox correct?

I didnt know for the longest times you could charge downloadable content right from your box.

I just really dont feel like going to the store.

You need more hobbies.

Trying baking cookies, or painting a nice picture to pass the time...nice...nice picture.

Nah. I work 15 hours a day and on my days off I am usually playing basketball or kickball or soccer.

But all of those take place at night starting at around 8pm.

So I usually play xbox in the after noon until they start.
It's Millentastic and Millentacular! How that guy has not lost his job...

Then again, the team is owned by the Ford family and look what's happening to the family business...

I don't consider that a cap. With the NFL and other sports, there's a "oh shit" situation -- Steinbrenner, making $$$$ hand over fist, can just throw more money at it and make the problem go away.

Luxury Tax != Salary Cap
It really kind of does though. Steinbrenner has lost a substantial amount of money on the Yankees since they implemented it. A large part of the reason that a new stadium is being built is because of the need to draw in more revunue to cover the tax.

Sean I heard you can play dead in it, is that true?

Also prison break needs to download faster. 85% booo.
Theres just more people to play with... other than that its all the same.
I heard it comes with 2 "exclusive" characters and 5 maps.

Oh, minus the custom maps.

Yeah, theres new maps but most of them are just different palettes over the same grounds with a few minor tweaks. Nothing too special or worth mentioning when you're thinking of buying it though. The vehicles control like poop, kinda like the Warthog (point where you want to go and steer with the right stick)

UT games just don't do it for me anymore. It's not that they're bad... I just get the distinct impression that I've played them before.

I wished the guys around here played some basketball, they're all fat lazy slobs and would probably have a heart attack after one round around the court.

I would play soccer with the guys at the park, But I dont speak mexican. and Im not very good at it either, I'd get more kicks than the ball.

Hey guys I got a ticket for "failing to comply to stop at a stop sign".

You guys think I should fight it or mitigate? I had a passenger in the car I guess who could be a witness, though I dunno if the cop has a video or not. This is my first ticket. :/

Fight it. It's possible that the cop wont show up in court to contest and you could get off scott free. And even if he does show up and you fail to argue your case successfully, the court fee gets paid towards your fine anyway.

MA has just started charging people $20 to fight parking tickers. Brilliant. Parking tickets are about $25.

Just sent zewone some questions. This interview is going to be OTHB
What is this? It sounds good.
One of my friends had a punk/ska/rock influenced band that had some success in central NY. One of my co-worker friends compared their newest stuff to Bad Religion (I don't know if that holds true). Their first disc, Trapped, has a lot of punk-pop-rock stuff with some ska/emo thrown in -- their second disc is more modern rock/alternative progression of themselves and their third album is the next step forward...

I've been spinning the 2nd and 3rd discs a lot lately and thought wahoo might appreciate them, so I sent him some mp3s.

It's still not a hard limit. I'm not sure exactly what sort of shit goes down if a NFL team is over the cap, but it's more punative than a tax. The only NFL team I can think of that even approaches what the Yankees do in an uncapped league is the Washington Redskins -- Daniel Snyder is the Steinbrenner of the NFL, more than Jerry Jones is... another owner who makes money hand over fist and buys the premiere players without considering chemistry. But he pays for it, when he has to have his specialists work black magic anf voodoo in order to comply with the league rules.
I don't know about other states, but in PA you have to actually come to a complete stop. I've never heard of anyone getting a ticket though.
wtf?

I think thats everywhere, buddy. Cops just aren't always around to do somethin' about it and if the cop wants to be an asshole he'll pull you over for passing the white line without completely stopping.
Good luck, Moxio!
Thanks buddy!

I bet it's the same here. But yeah, I was seriously surprised as hell when the siren came on... I was going 10 under the limit.

I suppose you're right. I'm just concerned whether or not he actually has video of me "not stopping".

My brother got a ticket for that reason a few years ago. There's a stop sign that's recessed far back from the road. So like everyone else does there, he rolled slowly past the stop sign to the edge of the road and stopped (where you can actually see) and then went. The cop behind him didn't like that and pulled him over and ticketed him.

If he does he does, it's no loss to you to fight and lose.

Snyder pays his coaches & staff way too much. 3 mil for Asst. Coach, while some head coaches don't get that.

I remember when Alicia Silverstone told her foreign maid that she didn't speak Mexican in that one movie where shes a high school kid w/ Stacey Dash:)drool:).

Thats about the only time I've ever heard someone say ''I don't speak Mexican''.
