Yes. My older 360 came with an extended warranty from the day they shipped it to me. I believe it was manufactured in 2006 and the warranty will expire in Dec.

You can try writing to them, but you'll probably get nothing. They sent us the wrong tshirt back in July. I wrote to them and their system would find key words and send us an automated answer that didn't have anything to do with our problem. I finally got past all that and got an email saying...

I also like it when people tell when they ordered and that they haven't gotten their item. It gives me an idea to where I stand on my order. If you write to them in less than 12 weeks, you'll get a form letter telling you it could take up to 12 weeks for processing and delivery. If you wait...
