I had a similar situation on ebay. I shipped 2 games with DC. It says delivered. Few weeks later, I see chargeback on paypal. I give the DC to paypal. Nope, paypal tells me to fuck off since I didn't do signature confirmation and hence they said they won't appeal. Since then I stopped using...

I would try usps priority with DC. Its fast and should be fairly cheap.

I have only used it couple of time but it was all right when I did. never really got into it.
