    GoGamer Madness 3/2/10

One comment on the dirt-cheap shipping... I've been shopping gogamer for years. The dirt-cheap shipping (which used to be free if you ordered 3 or more games!), used to take over a week... I noticed some time last year, things changed. I'm getting my games within 3-4 days now. Not sure why this...

Condemned: Criminal Origins for PC - 3.75 on GamersGate

Excellent price for a very good game... played through it 3 times... department store level is priceless... too bad part 2 didn't come out on PC...

Big Lots PC Games $3.00-$6.00 (update 5-1-07)

I went the other day to my local Big Lots and they did have quite a few new titles in stock (a few have already been mentioned). I didn't have a pencil & paper to make notes, but I did purchase the infamously horrible "You Are Empty"... a bad game, to be sure, but at least I felt like I was...

Big Lots PC Games $3.00-$6.00 (update 5-1-07)

Call me crazy, but I actually bought Safe Cracker 2 at full price when it came out a couple years back (and I had also played the original). Worth it, even for $19.99... so for you folks that want to work your brain a little, give Safe Cracker 2 a go! And for $6.00, even better...

Free Download of "The Suffering" for PC users

I'm very excited about trying this game (wanted it back in 2004, but other games took priority). But you're saying that the ads literally pop open mid-game? I can understand some ads playing upon game launch, but to halt gameplay is a real bummer...

You mean "Hoyle Card Games 7" and "MahJong Master 5" are junk?? :)

GoGamer Madness (PC) Sam & Max $13, Mass Effect $30

Ordered Mass Effect with dirt-cheap shipping (5-7 day USPS) and got it in 2 days. Sam & Max still OOS...

GoGamer Madness (PC) Sam & Max $13, Mass Effect $30

That's a bummer about Sam and Mex beeing OOS... I could wait for it to (hopefully) restock, but Mass Effect is hot at $29.90 and could go OOS as well. So screw that, I'm jumping on Mass Effect, and will just place another order if Sam and Max returns...

Big Lots PC Games $3.00-$6.00 (update 5-1-07)

I really enjoyed Project Eden when it came out ~6 years back... It's too bad that it didn't garner favorable reviews at the time. All of those $6 games are great titles. Off topic slightly: Who's ready for some Thief 4? Or some Deus Ex 3? Both are in development...

Big Lots PC Games $3.00-$6.00 (update 5-1-07)

I went back again and saw some items that I don't think have been mentioned here yet - particularly the Sierra collections of Space Quest and Police Quest (each collection packaged and sold separately)... I wonder if they're still using DOSBox to run in windows. I didn't have a pen/paper...

    GoGamer Madness: $4.90 PC Games

Gogamer is on a nice comeback trail with their last few 24-hour madness sales... although I don't quite recall when they switched from actually being 24 hours to 72+ hours...

Big Lots PC Games $3.00-$6.00 (update 5-1-07)

I happened to go back to Big Lots again, checked the games, and they had some new inventory, but all games that we already know about. And I finally bit the bullet and got the single remaining copy of Defcon...

Dunno what Big Lots you guys are going to... Just came back from my local BL and they had STALKER, Call of Duty 4, and Unreal Tournament 3... all for $6.00. Oh, and stand-alone Portal was only $4.00... No wait a minute... this was just a dream I had. :) /end joke. You guys are right...

    Gogamer.com - $9.90: STALKER/Warhammer 40k Gold | $6.90 Area 51/Juarez/Stronghold Leg

OK, 3 days and no reply. Let me break the ice and say S.T.A.L.K.E.R. for $9.90 is a S.T.E.A.L. (yes you can flame me for making steal an acronym)... Call of Juarez is definitely entertaining, yet was sadly underrated. It's the only FPS that captures the essence of the wild-west fairly well.

That's a great idea, as there is no associated trading thread, afiak. But I've seen quite a few people post and encourage PM's for anyone wanting to trade, etc... Anyone else care to share ideas on a trading thread?

Wow, there's a trip back in time. Thief 2 is indeed a great game. But surely this is a re-release, and not packaged in its orginal "triangular-shaped" box. Just like when Thief 3 launched, Thief 1 was re-released in the newer, DVD-sized box... In any event, happy thiefing, you taffer!

1 Year Subscriptions to Gaming magazines <$5

Wow, this magazine site is amazing... they are offering a subscription to Computer Gaming World for just $4.69!! Of course, Computer Gaming World is now known as Game for Windows (been that way for over a year now), but it costs $12.95... Definitely seems buyer beware, what with offering a sub...

I don't think there is any problem with the information you have been supplying. Realistically, both parties involved benefit - we get a heads up on future inventory, and you get feedback on what product is moving within your supply chain. Changing gears - I went by BL again today, saw quite a...
