[Now Online - Check 1st Post!] Big TRU Clearance w/ $5 PG Rebates and 12/29 update!

My local TRU (Johnson City NY) claims to know nothing about this. They have no games. Seriously. Right now there are maybe 15 ps2 titles in the store. Maybe. Anyways the clerk knows me and rang through Mr. Driller on the DS but it was $29.99 plus tax. Any theories as to why?

Still good and hard! (update with facts)

We once left potatoes under the sink for the better part of two semesters in college. They grew, but because there was no sun or real nutrients they became horrible tentacled albino monstrosities. You'd have to fight to close the cupboard door if you opened it. I have great pictues somewhere.

    Gauntlet: Seven Sorrows announced

I don't know why, but this excites me. I miss playing gauntlet at the local arcaed. The infinite continues or push start to add health mechinism always makes it less fun at home.

All these good movies I've never seen... Suggest more.

Maria Full of Grace was good if subtitles are okay. I recently saw Garden State, and really liked it. I'd also reccomend Killing Zoe, Another Day in Paradise (in the same vein as Requiem but maybe not as depressing), and City of the Lost Children is also good.

Kartia is great if you like strategy RPGs. Lots of charactrer and item customization.

Post any really good obscure movies here

You may have just become my hero. At least for today. I gave up on it ever coming out because the VHS was out of print of a while.

Cheapest way to get started with Dreamcast, what all will I need

Record of the Lodoss War is a really fun action RPG. Toy Commander and Ooga Booga are good for multiplayer. There's too many good fighting and racing games to mention.

Almost forgot. Diggstown. One of the best con man movies ever with James Woods and Louis Gosset Jr. You'll cheer out loud at the end. I don't think it's out on DVD though.

    Celebrity Voices in video games

Cam Clarke will forever be Leonardo from the old TMNT for me. Other than him, I don't mind recognizable voices.

    Fantastic Four trailer

I used to love power pack. The writers really captured the essence of being a kid. Of course that took more presedance than the superhero stuff, so I guess I can see where you might be coming from. FF could be a great movie if it was done right which I don't think this one is. The comics are...

I don't know if PSX qualifies as classic but I had a question about one game

Don't forget the music. It's got a great ska soundtrack. Oh yeah, it also parodies a lot of movies very well, which kept me laughing.

It's definitely not the first time they did this. I don't think it lasted too long though.

    ShadowRun for Genesis

Genesis battles were real time. I only played a little bit of the SNES one. THey were similar but I think the maps and some other things were a little different.

Itchy & Scratchy or (Pre-80's) Tom & Jerry

I grew up on Tom & Jerry. Always thought Jerry was a bastard though, even as a four year old.
