Targets in the York, PA area don't have a lot of good stuff clearanced, especially the PC titles. NWN2 and the expansion were out of stock, and UT3, CoH, and The Witcher were all regular price.

I told an employee I wanted to buy a gift card with my credit. No hassle.

My FYE stores still give out slips, so I have to buy gift cards with them if I don't want to carry around a bunch of credit receipts.

FYE has Guitar Hero available through their website for $69.99 (no free shipping, unfortunately), a good option for those with lots of store credit. My order finally shipped today. Apparently it is OOS at the moment, but they seem to periodically get more in, so check back every couple of days.

Yeah, those were great. I didn't get mine quite that cheap (I paid $30 for 9 copies over the span of a month or two), but that definitely rocked.

300% return on investment... best trade-in deal at FYE in a long time. The TRU's around my area must have had about 60+ copies combined of DBZ Sagas. I bought a total of 8 over a 3 day span. There's still a ton of copies available, but the $5 is long gone. Now I wish I had bought more.

Sweet idea, but I think most stores refuse to match 'clearance' prices as part of company policy. But hey, it's worth a shot.
