I've kinda given up on the whole BT headset thing for now. I've mainly used it while playing motorstorm and it seems like it will connect and work...for like 10 mins ...then BOOM nothing...and you can't use it anymore...and you can't get back to the XMB to check if it is connected or not...so...

I'd choose GTA on PS3 because I don't have a 360

1. I don't really think this is a "family" game. 2. An incentive would be some realistic physics, but then you'd probably just crash all the time. Flying RC helicopters ain't no joke son. 3. Again, if it realistically models RC helocopters yes, but if its just a crappy "arcade" title, no way.
