Just out of curiosity, which store do you have trouble at? I see you're located in Brooklyn. I work at the Bay Parkway store and we accept coupons for games. Just, as the coupon states, not hardware.

I had this problem a few weeks ago. Not much you can do. But you're going to have to refund the payment anyway, even if you do give him time to confirm his address. The status won't change on the existing payment, so they'll have to send payment again with the newly-confirmed address anyway...

No no, the dvd is sealed. I don't know if you've ever gotten a dvd that comes in a sleeve (AvP Unrated, Rambo SE, Sin City, Batman Begins LE, etc) but they don't shrink wrap the entire sleeve with the dvd case together. They just shrink wrap the dvd case inside the sleeve, leaving the sleeve...
